I had a great experience.

They set a price over the phone and then once the record was backed up to the car and I scraped my inspection sticker and registration stickers off the car they tried to lowball me with a lower offer. I sent them on their way. They are so crooked. Now there reply is trying to put the blame on me. The guy picking up the vehicle knew once we signed over the title and scraped the registration they could lowball. Do not deal with this company.

The pickup man was great. I did get conflicting emails about WHEN you'd pick it up. One said 9/23 3pm-8pm the other then said 9/23 3 pm - 9/24 8 pm? But that was an error I'm sure. Also, I changed the delivery gate by .1 of a mile and you charged me $90! Outrageous. Otherwise it went well and I got the title notarized in accordance with your instructions.

My 11 year old high mileage Cayenne S E hybrid needed repairs that would cost more than its current value. Peddle made a reasonable offer, I accepted and Peddle arranged to have a towing service take it away. Electronic communication throughout the process was spot on with directions concerning title preparation and car cleanout reminders. The tow truck drivers name and arrival were given by text. He wrote me a check for the offered price and left with the title and car.

I made a appointment to have my car picked up and they missed the appointment no call no show I had to plan for that and have someone at my house to hand off the keys and title i called the call center they said it the place was closed and she was sorry no one contacted me, but that didn't really help my confusion on why no one came the day we scheduled for. a big lack of communication

Outside of the communication happening on the day of the pick up, it was overall an easy process and a great experience. Nothing to it really: Just obtain your quote, accept the offer, schedule pick up, find your title and keys, and be ready on pick up day to sign title over….

Fair offer, great communication, and timely pickup. A little uncertainty about receiving official title change with the state. If that goes smoothly, then definitely 5 stars.

The process is pretty simple providing that you have a valid title in your possession for your vehicle..

You will spend some time waiting for the driver to pick up your vehicle as they
pick up more than one vehicle for that day..

Selling my car was very easy. I went online and get an estimate and fill out some other information. They pick my car up the next day and gave me a check, and I gave them the title and the key.

I have to say that the whole Peddle experience worked well! I answered about 8 -10 questions online about the condition of my car. And these were broad generalizations. I did not have to get into details. I was offered what I considered an acceptable price. I was able to schedule pickup the next day. I will have to admit that some of what I read online said that I would have to prepare for a negotiation session but there was none of that. The driver was in close contact with me about his arrival and arrived within his own set half hour window! He was cheerful and pleasantly introduced himself. He explained exactly what he needed to do. He showed me how to fill out the pink slip while he gave a brief inspection of the vehicle which only included giving it a walk around, starting it up and driving it on the truck. We then exchanged the title for a check that he prepared with the offered amount and we were done. Fast, easy, painless!

I got a call before the pick up,the driver was courteous and right on time and had the car loaded quickly. I handed the title over, he handed me the agreed on funds & he was on his way within 10 minutes. A very good experience with peddle!

The whole process was pretty smooth. During the actual sell/transfer process, I forgot to record the final mileage in the title. I contacted peddle multiple times and they were very diligent and prompt to give me directions (shared phone number to the IAA partner, which resolved the issue). So the post-transaction experience was really good.

Peddle online process was quick and easy. The price they offered was fair based on the current condition of the car. Key is to be honest on the condition.

Eric, the tow truck drive who picked up the car, was very friendly and helpful on how to fill out the Transfer of Title, and how to complete the transfer with the DMV.

The payment was provided on the spot as promised.

Fast response. Driver was on time. Handed off the title and keys and done.

I must say... I was highly skeptical and pleasantly surprised by my experience with Peddle. It was in fact super-fast, smooth and easy.
***The only constructive criticism to Peddle is to fix the link that gives sellers instructions on how to transfer the title step-by-step*** it goes to an "oops this page is not here anymore" message. I got the price I wanted, scheduled the pick-up, the tow truck driver was professional, helpful and courteous. He had my check and it has now cleared in the bank ! I would highly recommend Peddle as the price I got was higher than the junkyard, my mechanic's offer and other used car buyers out there. Best price, best experience. Thanks Peddle !

The initial process of dealing with the quote and setting up the time went very smoothly and I would rate this much higher if it was only based on that. However, the pick-up missed the time window by over two hours. I called he number given and could not leave a voice mail as the mailbox was full. I received a tearse text message back. I was then told they were still coming and to wait for the call. When the driver arrived, he was rude, demanding the title to the car before he even completed the check for the car. We demonstrated that we had the title, the keys and that it ran and drove. It took a call to someone else for him to complete the check. We ended up exchanging the check for the the title at the same time like it was a hostage exchange.

Overall, a poor experience.

Be careful which address you enter for the seller on your title. I used one i got from goggle and it caused a problem. Other wise very happy with the service. Thanks Peddle.
