This is an absolute bottom of online shop and experience!! DO NOT buy there anything! Their customer service is basically non-existent, you only talk to their AI-agent, never to get in touch with real staff, to explain the problem or to get help with anything. They are completely off, never to return any answer or give you any feedback. This is the worst clothing online shop ever! Do not fall for their discounts, there's probably a reason why they are reducing the prices, usually because of some problem, and you will never be able to get in touch with ANY of their staff online! NEVER!

I purchased a jacket for 99€ from this store, in SCS Vösendorf, and after wearing it only once for approximately two hours under normal conditions, it became damaged.
I submitted a complaint expecting a fair evaluation, but it was rejected and classified as “mechanical damage” without a proper or detailed explanation. No solution was offered.
I find it completely unacceptable that a product at this price shows such issues after minimal use, and even more disappointing is the lack of customer support and responsibility.
I expected much better quality and service from this store.

Received a very Damaged dress by post. Contacted them on monday Morning and by Friday evening I have received NO reply! Frustrating to even think they can ship a product in such a state. I'm still hoping to be able to have the dress replaced or refunded.

Today, 23.11.2025, at the 10.00 I was at Promenada shop from Bucharest, Roumania, in order to change a shirt, bought yesterday 22.11.2025 with one bigger, but the person from the desk and a man who told me that is the manager of the shop refused me with an attitude which have no words to be described! Horrible!
A humiliating attitude of the employees and, in addition, the refusal to exchange a product for another, identical, but with a larger size, due to the lack of a label. The cashier and the person who claimed to be the store manager refused with superiority and having an offensive attitude towards me, to exchange a product for another identical, but with a larger size, due to the lack of a label. They refused grinning to tell me their names, because "it's not my problem" as they said.
I am client from more than 11 years, but is the last time I buy from them! It's a disaster!

Tip for consumers:
The employees can't have an horrible attitude against the clients !

Very rude & dismissive staff at the cash desk.

I tried to buy a bra to wear under my wedding dress. The staff member at the cash desk was abrupt, overly direct & lacked any empathy when repeatedly telling me about the returns/exchange policy.

While I completely understand why underwear (pants, knickers, briefs) can't & shouldn't be returned, there should be an exchange policy for bras.

I did not appreciate her suggestion to bring my wedding dress into the shop - anyone who's had a wedding dress knows it's not a good idea to lug them about town.
