Cooling blanket…
I was skeptical at first but after getting the cooling blanket it’s everything as advertised. It is always cool to touch regardless of how warm it is. Best of all my dog loves lying on it. He has one in the living room and one on the bed. He has hair that needs trimming periodically and he seems to be warm when his coat is longer( panting, and not running around). What a big difference since purchasing this cooling blanket. Worth every dollar spent on it!

My rating is on the customer service, it doesn’t exist. I put in an order for a cooling bed and it was buy one get one free. Ok, well you can buy two off Amazon for cheaper than the buy one get one free on Pelsbarn site. (Also, I read that Chillpaws makes a way better product.) I tried to cancel my order 2 hours after placing it. Well before it was processed or packed. Especially since it was approx 7.5hrs before their business day even started (I’m on the east coast). I sent two emails by 7:28am. Still more than 4hrs before their business day even started. . One to each of the emails provided for customer service and order canceling. No answer. On the 6th day I left a negative comment on a Facebook advertisement and then I received a DM later that day from them asking for my email address and order number, I provided them. That was 2 days ago and still nothing. So not only is Chillpaws a better product, as per 2026 ratings for cooling beds, but they are more affordable & I can guarantee their customer service dept has living humans that actually answer emails lol. RIDICULOUS!!

I purchased the 4th of July cooling mat the red has transferred onto the white during the printing process, Inferior quality. Shocking to have even mailed something with such a poor print and transfer to a client. I would not recommend this product. Pelsbarn, have not responded to my refund request or even acknowledge the issue. Their client service is substandard matching their product.

Uau, I don’t recommend this company. Very bad quality product for the price, their customer service is also bad, I have being trying to return the product is being 2 weeks, they always replied me with discount to keep the product, after tried many times finally they send me the information to return, and surprised return shipping I need to pay as customer + a return fee.

Life saver!!
Fast delivery. Excellent customer service. My dogs love their beds (on the couch) and their cooling pads are a life saver. I am an artist and attend fairs and expos in all weather. Over the 4th of July temps were in the 90"s and humid. My dogs laid on their cooling mats, plenty of water, and their personal air conditioners. I was wishing I was a dog. I was miserable, but thanks to Pelsbarn, my dogs were comfortable and safe.

The cooling mats are really nice and our dogs love them. They are great for tossing in the car for travel and are easy to handle. The washing instructions are simple and they really do feel cool to the touch. A really good investment for our furry ones!

Wow! The bright aqua blue color matches everything!! Teddylicious loves his cooling mat and 9 year old grandson grabbed the extra one for himself!! This is such a high quality cooling mat without any yucky gel cuz Teddy would de-gel it in a second!! Very safe, cool and sturdy-oh and beautiful!!!

not worth the trouble
ordered items through their sale and realized i had ordered the incorrect size about an hour later emailed them my mistake but ended up having to order the size i thought was correct so had to pay twice and got a few extra items. i had decided to return the items and requested a return label but i had to pay to have the items returned with a restocking fee. it took almost 3 weeks to get all the items and then was told when i finally got permission to return them needed returned by 7 days. nothing was written out about all of this and feel it is a very poor way to do business. had i read previous reviews would never have ordered from them

Not worth the hype
If i could give 2.5 stars i would disappointed in the product. Took forever to get and the cooling mat does not live up to the hype. After two washes it started falling apart. The suffing inside the already thin mat started coming out by pilling and the threading started coming apart. To expensive for anything like that to be happening after only two washes. Also the mat size is not big enough for my dog. I orderd a large because I have a husky and when he lays down on it the mat disappears under him. If he rolls over he rolls off of it. What is portrayed is small dogs with the bigger mats that you make. Show big dogs on your large mats. Also when you email customer service you talk to a AI generated email for any kind of customer service so it is a blanket email that you get a response with. You have a different product for sure you have something that could be great but, what your selling right now does not cost what I paid for it. Should not be coming apart after two washes.

Bait and switch on promotion-don’t trust
Bait and switch. Ordered Bogo cooling mat bundle for $134 (Mat, blanket, pillow) and on order form it clearly states a second mat bundle- same description, same photo of 3 products and same price $134 (free). They sent two mats. Forgot the pillows and blankets- so I had to email. They agree on the mistake- and shipped one blanket and mat. When asked about the free- they said oh you just get free mat. Hmm- not what promotion or my order:receipt shows. Not worth fighting as blanket was a joke of a piece of fabric. The mat was nice but not worth $134 (since according to them that’s what you get for $134 when you order a ‘bundle’. Lost me and will be telling all my dog lovers not to buy from.

Run! Order from Amazon or a local business instead. I started an order, but it wouldn’t let me modify it, so I logged out and started over. Before I completed the order, I changed my mind and just logged off. Three orders were processed for over $600!! I didn’t know until I got a shipment confirmations! I emailed customer service immediately. No follow up. I called and was told to wait until all the products arrived. That’s when I found out there was a third order processed. The best part? I have to pay for return shipping and then hope the return gets processed correctly. This company is just not trustworthy.

From panting to chill….
Our TalaMae loves this cooling mat and cooling sheet! She is a Pit so panting is a must for her when she gets overwhelmed or just gets the zoomies to much. The cooling mat helps get the panting down quickly.
Shipping took a little longer than we were expecting but they were having a huge sale at the time so I’m sure that was a huge factor in the time it took to ship. The company did keep us updated on the shipping expectancy, and sent some freebies with our purchase for any inconvenience!
