This company has disappeared after taking a deposit.
Seems like others had the same experience and lost their money.
Don't trust Richard Falconer with a penny.
This is just a ponzi scheme.
We eventually had to turn to the small claims court to recover our deposit for the bathroom that was quoted for by Pembroke Bathrooms, but never delivered, after many promised start dates came and went with no sign of them. Since our bathroom had already been removed so the floor could be strengthened, this was particularly frustrating, as was the lack of communication which meant that we made plans expecting them to arrive on the promised date, and then they would fail to turn up, yet again, without even a call or email to reschedule.
We gave up on them after we contacted the manufacturer of the bath we had requested and found that although Richard Falconer had taken the deposit many months previously saying that he needed it to order supplies, he had not actually ordered the bath at all. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

I paid over £5000 as a deposit based on a 16 week lead time in January 2022. Almost 1 YEAR later I reported them to Consumer Services/Trading Standards and had to threaten formal legal action to actually get my deposit back. 11 months of them not turning up when they said, being drip fed every excuse you could think of, and constantly having to chase them as they offer no updates or information to keep you informed.
Disgrace of a company where the service is non-existent once they have your money!!!!
We wanted an en-suite shower/toilet, but space was extremely tight.
Richard & Martin made it possible - and beautiful!
These guys are reliable, and they really do do an excellent job.
