This is a scam, ignore all correspondence.

Is this a real company ? are they genuine. I filled in forms in March 23 and called several times but no luck.
DO NOT USE - a waste of time and effort. Now reporting to HMRC

Beyond poor!!!! After waiting 6 months and a lot of chasing i was eventually sent an email saying they had found no pensions, even though I had provided them with 3 pension references that I had found myself! I am not convinced they have actually done anything at all in the 6 months they have had my information. What a waste of time!

Be careful as while named similarly to the government scheme this is not associated with them in any way

Put me on to a company that could not trace as many pensions as I had found - who wanted to charge me 4% of my entire pension just to do a review - plus an annual management fee - I negotiated with them for a more suitable fee scale (in line with what other financial advisers would charge) they agreed but sent me a contract to sign at 4% so I asked them to change it. Never heard from them again. Now I don't know what sensitive information they still hold - I've never had my pension security compromised - until I turned to this Govenment backed scheme to help me. It's just the sort of thing you are told to avoid. Shocking !

Absolutely appalling - unless you have two and a half hours to waste being given incorrect contact numbers by so called public servants offering a “free” service. Easy to be free if it doesn’t serve!
Even after this waste of an afternoon I still have to wait for a return call at some time next week - can’t even book a time slot as they’re “backed up”. Easier if I just die and then won’t need to worry about claiming a pension. System doesn’t even work on line and cannot be connected to anyone who can handle my complaint. Not fit for purpose!

After 8 months of nothing but silence, I chased them up again for the 2nd time to receive a phone call telling me they were unable to find anything. This is really strange give that I know I have at least 7 pensions with different companies. I have asked for a return of all my original signed forms and information along with confirmation I have been removed from all their system so will see how long that takes to happen, if ever. Not a service I will ever use or recommend to anyone in the future. If I could rate it as zero I would.

Referred to this company from pension provider (we are advised to shop around and contact independent advisers); all OK on first contact: seemed very pleasant and arranged for "appointment" with independent adviser to discuss my pension options. I completed the forms of authorisation including policy numbers; when adviser called she only had part of the information, said she would call back later the same day - three days later she still has not called back. Rang Pension Tracing service again - they now say it is not their fault; still waiting for the second returned call!
