The new energy drinks are awful. Adding Stevia instead of natural sugars has made it overly sweet and artificial tasting. Just like any other low calorie energy drink now. Seems like a weird choice to try and compete with Monster and Red Bull when they previously had something unique and a weird time to make a formerly UPF free choice now ultra processed when the trend is the other way round. Poor strategic choice and bad taste.

Very artificial tasting matcha lattes, the blueberry one in particular is nasty. Really wanted to like these but sadly taste doesn’t live up to it

Really wanted to like the matcha concentrate, as it speeds up a morning routine. It is absolutely terrible though! The only thing that can be tasted is sweeteners and artificial flavouring. When you open the bottle, there's a pungent chemical fragrance which is all you can taste. Poor quality. Definitely avoid.

LOVE this matcha! Ceremonial grade and a lovely flavour. So easy to make and better than the coffee shop ones! Better quality and saving money, win win!

I’m a big Matcha lover and I saw that PerfectTed was flooding social media I had to get my hands on it! I’m a busy mum with a busy life and as much as I’d love to use the kit to make my own I think the convenience cans are amazing, I can order them on my weekly Ocado shop, keep them in the fridge and get my match hit when I need one in the quiet moments of life. It has a really strong matcha taste and the flavours are a really nice balanced accompaniment, sometimes the added flavour can completely overpower the matcha. I’m a big fan and will certainly be adding these to my food shops where I can

The flavour is delicious. I found PerfectTed refreshing specially if i drink it mid afternoon.

I have used this product for a very long time , however I have noticed over last couple of purchases that it has been lumpy and not creaming smoothly as it used to. I just wanted to give feedback and ask if a different product has been supplied to a specific retailer. There is no way to do this or have this discussion on the official website and it just says they do not deal with product bought through a retailer. This is not only disappointing it also leads me to believe that they are not interested in quality once sold to a retailer. I only wanted to give feedback but I am now looking for another brand . Is the quality different if purchased in a supermarket or did I just get some poorly stored Matcha , I guess I will not know !

I love the energy drinks - made with fruit juice, matcha green tea and natural flavourings; it feels like a natural and healthier way to get a hit of energy when needed. The peach flavour is delicious and fruity as expected.

this matcha is actually perfect, it’s so smooth and creamy! and if you make it correctly it will taste like high quality matcha. i 10000% recommend perfect ted!💚

I’ve tried quite a few matcha powders, but PerfectTed is definitely my favourite. The taste is smooth, naturally sweet and not overly bitter, and it makes such a good matcha latte. I’ve genuinely become obsessed with it and keep coming back to it. 💚

I’m normally not a fan of Matcha but the white chocolate protein was so delicious and actually tasted like milkshake.
It was smooth and velvety with a subtle taste of Matcha. Would definitely buy again.

Customer support team is not helpful at all. The matcha latte cans taste processed as anything and are packed with so many sweeteners. Overpriced and not worth it

I had an issue with the whisk I purchased, after a chat online, Tania from customer services got in touch, she asked me to try doing something with the whisk which unfortunately did not work, she then sorted out a replacement to be sent. Excellent customer services, love the ceremonial matcha it’s gorgeous

I’ve really been enjoying the PerfectTed Vanilla Matcha Latte. It has such a smooth and creamy texture, and I love that it isn’t overly sweet. The vanilla and matcha are really well balanced, and it’s become such a nice option to have with lunch or as a little treat. I also appreciate the gluten-free oat milk and no refined sugar. Definitely worth trying if you love matcha but still want something light and refreshing!

The vanilla matcha sticks are unbelievable. The flavour is unlike any other I've tried before

The postage, packaging and product (not the matcha) was great.
The matcha and AI customer service emails not so much.
The matcha is the most bitter matcha I have ever had. I would not recommend it at all. And when you email them privately to give your positive a negative feedback you are treated with a typical AI response. Hence why I’m here making it public.
Put as much effort into the matcha and customer service as you do your other products, delightful packaging and fast delivery

Delivery on time but failed the promise to add the free matcha tea. Disappointed. Promise is a promise.
