Ordered a sliding oak internal door. Happy with price and quality but had a bit of a nightmare with delivery (arriving damaged due to delivery company). It took ages but the third door arrived in one piece and we are very happy with it.

I believe they are looking for an alternative courier. But would advise you check your items carefully BEFORE driver leaves and don't sign for it until checked.

Customer service was actually excellent and they were very apologetic and communication was great.

The oak doors are seriously heavy and taller than usual doors so a bit much for one man to lift so would also advise you ensure someone is around to help lift off vehicle to avoid damage. Im not that strong but easy enough with 2 people.

We would use this company again despite the delivery issues as the door quality and the colour finish is fantastic.

We ordered two doors and we're really happy with the quality and the service. We did have an issue with the delivery but the company resolved this efficiently and quickly. Communication with them was excellent and we will definitely buy from them again.

I was looking for a ship style lantern for outdoor lighting around my house and garage. The website was very clear with good images and description/info. I ordered 1 as a sample and when I placed the order for the balance, the lady on the phone was very helpful, friendly and professional. The product is high quality, with good instructions and well packaged. The order was received swiftly and the lights look great.

Ordered a radiator from them in April and in mid June have neither the radiator nor the promised refund.
Update - what a difference a cr*p review makes, refunded a couple of days later although only after I’d rang them - again.
Nice people but god awful customer service if things go wrong.

The customer service was also brilliant – friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help with any queries we had. Delivery was smooth, and everything arrived well-packaged and on time.

Ordered two items. After a few weeks I emailed to find out where the items were and was told there was a 5 week lead time, which I wasn’t told upon purchase. One of the items arrived after 5 weeks, but I still haven’t received the second item nearly two months later. The company are not responding to emails about the second item. Money was taken at point of purchase.

First time ordering from this company. Just a small order for a new letterbox. Website easy to use and gave every measurement it’s possible to give for a letter box. It arrived the next day and elderly husband fitted it with ease. Great service.

The item I'd ordered became unavailable but the company contacted me immediately when it was restocked and supplied it at the original advertised price.
I'm very pleased with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend this company and their products.

No communication for 4 days on an item with 24 hour delivery - I had to chase them to find out the item was out of stock, and had been for some time, on back order for 2 months. I am now £600 out of pocket until their scheduled refund run takes place (why is their slow process my issue??).

Bad business behaviour.
