Delayed delivery but fantastic cards
Ordered a set of personalised cards on 14/06 as an anniversary present. Dispatch email received 18/06 with Royal Mail tracking - ordered using the 24 hour Royal Mail service. Unfortunately as of 29/06 still not received the cards. I have contacted the team who advised to wait.

It's just about the worst cards you can…
It's just about the worst cards you can ever get. They are of bad quality coated plastic, the printing quality is very bad, and faded, cards were bent and marked on the first shuffle, unplayable cards only work for decoration purposes, I contacted them explaining so many problems, and they refuse to refund my money and dare to say this :

The cards ordered are produced from card stock with a protective plastic coating designed to improve durability and scratch resistance. They are not described as being made from 100% plastic.
After reviewing the order and the concerns raised, we confirmed that the cards had been manufactured using the material and specification selected at the time of purchase. As the personalised order was supplied in line with the advertised specification, a refund was not available.
We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the product specification and will continue to ensure this information is communicated as clearly as possible.

Amazing quality cards, and they came really quickly! I loved how customisable the cards were. I would have liked the option of a fully customisable box as well, but the plain white box was great quality as well.
