I ordered a personalized apron on a whim! I like to cook and bake a lot. I inherited the nickname Bumpy many years ago and the family started calling me Bumpy Crocker. And said I needed an apron stating that. Anyway, I wasn't really expecting it to be this high quality. The fabric is very durable and the embroidery is top notch. Not disappointed in the least. Highly recommend!

I ordered an item on Jan 24. They said it would arrive in 3 to 5 days. Guess what? It won't come until Feb 3! It's totally useless to me because it will arrive AFTER we have our celebration. It's our 57th wedding anniversary. Who knows if we will make it to our 58th anniversary! I am furious. Don't trust this company!

I would give this zero if I could! I ordered 5 ornaments fir my siblings since we just lost our mom. When i received them the heads were chopped off. I emailed the company and received no response. I sent a follow up email and they answered saying upon review the results would be the same that they would give me 50% credit to shop their site. I don't want to shop their shitty site I want a Full refund or fix the problem!! The kicker is the sample they sent me looks nothing like the ornaments i got. I would have been happy with those. Do better personalization mall. Get it together or fix the way you upload and crop pictures. I'll be sure to let everyone know to go sonewhere else!

Have been purchasing from Personalization Mall for a little over 2 years now and wish I had found them sooner. Everything I have purchased has been excellent quality, exactly as item was described on their site, arrived on time (and sometimes earlier than expected), well packaged and exceeded my expectations. This is my #1 go to store for gifts and I typically purchase every month or so. Their items are unique and thoughtful. Lies,untrustworthy. After spending extra money for guaranty before Christmas delivery, my friends present never arrived with no shipping updates. This company's guaranty delivery isn't guaranteed I was told by customer service.

I ordered a Christmas present from Personalization Mall and on December 23 at 2:00pm realized I made a spelling error when I sent the order in. I called and they reordered the product for me and said I would receive it the next day December 24 Christmas Eve. I was doubtful! But Personalization Mall came through for me, exactly 24 hours later I have my correctly spelled present. Excellent customer service!!!
