Pet Air staff guided us step by step throgh the vet. necessities and occasionally spoke to or vet to explain the quarantine requirements for our pet. This made the entire process and progress easier for us and confident our pet would be comfortably received overseas. We still have one more step to process being taking our pet home from quarantine. Even here Pet Air have assisted us with recommendations. We do not hesitate to recommend PET Air for your animal transportation. They know the rules.

Right from the first moment the service has been impeccable. A very stressful time was hugely alleviate straight away. Every concern, every question, every forgetful moment/appointment was addressed by the staff. The medical side was the most concerning but the ladies kept me of the straight and narrow which me at ease. Which reassured my family and of course less stress for Mishka. I used the dog psychologist which was wonderful, she gave great advice. The young lad that came to collect Mishka from the house was very comforting and empathetic, Mishka boarded the van safely. It was great getting there of photo, and collecting Mishka made our transition to Australia amazing. Thank you everyone who has a part in delivering Mishi to us. X

Manisha was our export booking consultant after we had finalised our dates.
She’s was amazing , there every step of the way.
This was our first experience of taking our pet abroad to the USA.
There were quite a few restrictions at various airports re the heat situation.
In September the temperature at Charlotte was above 90 degrees .
We were advised that the nearest accessible airport would be Atlanta a 9 hour round trip.
When we realised that Max would be arriving late at night I contacted Manisha to see if she could arrange a possible overnight stay in a pet hotel??
No cant do that but let me see what I can arrange , what a positive & can do attitude absolutely awesome.
we had emails confirming his pick up location & contact details in the USA.
We picked up Max Friday morning as agreed no hassle with airport clearance , it was so streamline the pet hotel staff were lovely , you could see they love the animals .
He even put ice cubes in his water tray for the journey home.
I have no hesitation in giving this review 5 stars if there was 10 stars I would give that.

Used petairuk for my two girls from UK to NZ. Absolutely amazing, couldn't fault them. The whole process was smooth enough went with the premium service and all the appointments were straightforward with all the notes provided to my vets.
The actual journey was impressive, I got updates on their caretags system even when the girls left Dubai which was really nice. Never even felt the need to track their plane itself as I got so many great updates and pictures along the way 🥺
Emma Chalmers did a great job through the documents and flight stage thank you so much 😊

I started my journey with PetairUK on Jan 26th 2026, just a little before I even thought of making a move from UK to Australia. My first thoughts were I possibly cannot move if my cats won't be able to move with me so I dropped PetairUK an email and within a day's time I had someone from the team explain the entire process to me. Knowing the entire process brought me the confidence I needed to go ahead with my plans. In a space of a few weeks we had planned vaccinations, rabies titres and the necessary check ups and by September 2026 my cats were ready to fly out to Australia. I want to personally mention Ms Abigail Wright who was my export booking consultant who I started working with directly from April 2026. She was extremely organized and coordinated the entire move beautifully. I had to just follow the steps on the timeline. Ms Abigail remained prompt and kind throughout the entire 6 month journey and I am very grateful for her reassurances especially around my worries about the wellbeing of my cats. The most crucial part was that my cats were supposed to fly on the 8th of September from Heathrow, and were unfortunately caught in the chain of massive delays due to the NATS issue. I found that PetairUK and Emirates both provided excellent support to my cats and I am very grateful that they have safely arrived in Australia, although a day late. They are doing well in the quarantine (which thankfully should be just 10 days) and I cannot wait to be reunited with them. I went with the premium service and I must say I had very little to worry about in the entire process. Highly recommended.

We had used Pet Air UK previously and were happy with the service and so chose them again to help us get our cat Adam to Cape Town. Victoria was (again!) brilliant throughout and answered all our questions and provided detailed information about the whole process - which seemed to have got more complicated! Our cat has got diabetes and so a vet plan was needed to make sure he could be transported safely over an 11.5 hour flight and Victoria also liaised with our vet about that. I had to drop Adam off near Heathrow and give him his insulin injection in the Pet Air van. Kim met us and was so calm and reassuring and she provided a personal update - in addition to the care tag updates - when she had safely checked Adam in. When the flight arrived, we had booked the local agent collection service and Trevor at Global Paws collected Adam and had him ready and waiting at the meeting point before I had even picked up my luggage. Adam was absolutely fine and much more chilled than we’d expected after such a long journey! We were very pleased with the whole service and feel it was money well spent for peace of mind. We would definitely recommend it to other pet owners. Thank you Victoria and all at Pet Air UK and Global Paws.

Pet Air organised the relocation of my two dogs from the UK to Islamabad Pakistan. They provided an exceptional service throughout. From the moment my dogs were collected I received constant updates via the CareTag app and from Clare herself. My dogs were well cared for. The service felt personal and pet air staff were all professional and warm. The partner work with CPI pet wing in Pakistan was also seem less. Overall an amazing service and me and my dogs were happy from start to finish. My dogs were ready for. Collection. In Islamabad an hour and a half after the BA flight landed. Perfect

We put our trust in pet air to take our two British shorthair girls Tilly & Polly all the way to Australia from the UK and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Hazel guided us through the process, answered our million questions and made the process seamless. We were kept updates throughout the process and most importantly our girls were kept safe and healthy.
We are so glad we chose to bring them with us and that pet air allowed that to happen!
Thankyou so much and if anyone is on the fence about bringing their animals then this is the service to use.
The whole process is a complex and confusing but we really feel pet air went the extra mile to help us and we are so grateful for them
A big thankyou from Tilly & Polly who are living their best life down under ❤️

I recently contacted Pet air uk asking questions relating to the welfare of dogs in their care via wats app and telephone but have had no response.
I really cannot understand how a company that promotes itself as being welfare driven and run by vets actually sells 24hr flights for dogs without any insistence for familiarisation for the dog with the crate it will be travelling in ( actual size of crate being 2x shoulder width x body length less tail plus half a leg length) total confinement being approximately 30 hours. Surely for such gruelling flights crate hire should be mandatory and not just recommend. In my opinion the fact that Pet air uk sell these flights without prior familiarisation is facilitating and condoning inhumane treatment of dogs

Brilliant - this is the second time - in 15 years - that we have used PetAir UK to transport our dogs from UK to Canada. First class service all the way and such a relief to know that our pets have been looked after, successfully boarded and then handled with care both before, during and after their flight. All paperwork and red tape etc advised and taken care of. Highly recommended.

Very concerning response to serious welfare concerns
I contacted PetAir UK to raise serious concerns about a dog due to travel internationally with them. The concerns were specific and related to the dog's significant anxiety, lack of current crate training, history of distress when left alone, sensitivity to noise and the potential risks associated with approximately 30 hours of confinement and international air travel. She is due to be travelling from London to Melbourne.
I explained that the dog has been in our care for the past two years and, during that entire time, has not been in a crate. The owner, who hasn't seen the dog for years assured us she was travelling with Skye pets and not in a crate with Petair, so we were unable to prepare her due to being lied to. I was therefore extremely concerned to learn that her previous experience of sleeping in a large crate as a puppy (she is now 5 years old) was apparently being considered sufficient preparation for this journey.
Rather than addressing the welfare concerns I raised or confirming that they had been passed to the appropriate person, PetAir's response was simply short and dismissive, that would suggest that they do not consider pets welfare before flying.
I understand that they may not be able to disclose confidential information about a client's booking. However, I was not asking for confidential information. I was trying to ensure that serious information about an animal's welfare and behavioural history was actually being taken into consideration before she travelled.
I found their response extremely disappointing and concerning. When someone raises specific, foreseeable welfare risks about an animal in their care, I would expect those concerns to at least be acknowledged and appropriately assessed rather than simply dismissed because the person raising them is not the named client.
Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering using PetAir UK to ask detailed questions about how their individual pet's behavioural and welfare needs are assessed before travelling.

Great communication, very reassuring, great updates, and pictures of my pet during the process. Very good guidance regarding what to do when and how to do it so I was never confused or unsure of next steps.

Let’s be honest, to move a pet overseas is horribly expensive! And because of the expense I was bound and determined to make the move myself… I needed no service!
In the end with 3 overseas moves under my belt and an influential wife, I broke down and gone with PetAir and man am I sure glad I did. Pay the money, provide the information, then follow instruction…arrive at destination and pick up your pet. It’s seriously that simple and now that I know better I will never have it any other way. Great job PetAir!
