I was skeptical at first because the shipping to a self-collect point seemed way too cheap, but it turned out to be absolutely great! I am very happy I could finally get my hands on a game I had been looking for everywhere.

I've been ordering from them for years and have never been disappointed.
The rare times something went wrong (part missing or faulty in a game, not their fault) they have been friendly and reactive.
Games are always well packed and arrive safely mostly fast when they are in stock. You have to wait when you order includes a preorder but that's understandable and they warn in advance.
Their pricing is competitive enough.

I was looking for a special game I couldn't find in Sweden. I ordered from Philibert and it was shipped with tracking quickly. I struggled with the pick up (not Philibert's fault) and I got very fast and polite support from Philibert. Thanks to that, the game is now in my hands!

Excellent price; I got a great deal on some out-of-print board game expansions, which would be hard to find elsewhere. Unfortunately, the packaging was terrible (the box was flimsy and had a hole in the side of it). So one of the products was damaged. Luckily this only affected the box; not the components within.

They are OK. However, this is not good enough for me. I 've been a loyal customer (with rich order history) for years and when I creditted some of my loyalty points by mistake, they couldn't revert it after many emails of mine. They were so reluctant to help that I will never forget.
It's policy they said. It is not their policy to help their customers but to punish them. What can I say? They were not obliged to help me after all.

Was looking for a specific item, sold out in the UK, but Philibert had it. I was a little nervous ordering from France rather than locally, but they had an English language option, and they seemed legitimate.
Placed my order Sunday night, it shipped Monday evening and arrived on Thursday! That's faster than many things I've ordered from the UK.
All their communications were in English - which was great because my pidgin French wasn't going to cut it - dispatched fast with tracking all the way and everything was exactly as ordered.
Top notch shop with exactly what I wanted, great comms, and quick delivery. Will definitely use again.

I live in denmark and I have ordered many times at Philibert and was never dissapointed.
I don't understand the bad ratings.
Especially for delivery in Europe, the shipping price is extremely fair.
Just be careful when you pick up a game to double check it is the English version.
They often have titles that you cannot find anywhere else.

Received this morning package: castles of burgundy Gamefound upgrade accessories, all is in good shape.
Perfectly save packed in the box aswell for transportation.
Took total of 2 days it arrived in Belgium.

I can recommend Philibert.

Items received on time and in good condition. Though I had some technical issues while placing my order. When I clicked to confirm payment, the page just said "fatal error". Unsure if my order went through properly, a few minutes later I got notifications that the payment had been reserved. Though it seems my choice of pickup point did not go through properly, because they asked me where, even though I made that choice, when placing my order. They added a lot of bubblewrap to protect the contents of the package, which, as it turns out, is quite necessary, because one the carriers had banged up the package so much, there was a big dent on one side and a tear big enough to fit several fingers in on the other side. But luckily, thanks to the added protection, the contents were undamaged.

Don't usually leave reviews but this time I'm afraid something has to be said.

Shopping for games/gifts and found an interesting one so did some research and decided to get it. However this one only supplied in French and is not language independant. (Note: many other games are sold in different languages). So found an alternative which is provided in English. So researched and decided to buy along with other items. All was well until paying for shipping. Other than the suggestion that I pay less to go pick it up from a depot, the game I wanted then came up with a "does not ship to your location" message. Third party using the store Web Page aparantly. Problem is that this is not noted on the item description for this or any other "third party" provided items.

The reply from customer service was basically a polite not our problem and the suggestion that people be made aware of possible issues with third party sellers be advised was just dismissed.

Regrettable after-sales service. They sent me what I bought in such a way that the box arrived with damage and one leg of the board detached. It may seem silly but when you pay 100 euros for a product, it should arrive perfect. I contacted them, they asked me for photos to corroborate it, I sent them up to two times and they never responded again (the photos do not "arrive" they say). Solution 0.... It's a shame.

Ordered and received my parcel within five days! And that's from France to Ireland! The shipping cost was so reasonable, the customer service was so fast and the packaging was excellent. I will definitely shop here again, highly recommended!

Parcel arrived in the UK from France in less than a week. Very impressed by the cost and packaging of the game - excellent!
