You have to run after your money!
I have ordered a toothbrush and returned it within 2 days. Their conditions offer 14-day free returns. They have received the return but never refunded me (they have 14 days to do so and it's day 30). When I contact their customer support all they do is confirm that they should have refunded me and they "escalate the case". I opened a dispute on Paypal to get my money back. They replied to Paypal that they "already solved the case with the buyer" - which is a lie, they didn't even contact me. Waiting for Paypal to get my money back from these thieves.
UPDATE: After Paypal's intervention, I got my money back on day 34.
