I'm waiting for some cotton bolster covers to arrive (from another supplier), as its for home use.
Will be using as a knee support when seated working in bed, and for helping to decompress my spine afterwards - along with my long foam roller and big yoga bolster.
A nice addition to my home postural support kit.

I recently purchased a third pair so i'm not swapping and changing. I ordered the wrong ones originally but after contacting them i was given an exchange. Great service great product. The product was fine
The product was fine, thank you, helping my wife recover from tendonitis. But I paid for next day delivery and didn't actually receive the item until a day later.
However, I've now received a refund and an apology for that part of the purchase.

Very unhappy with the lack of communication and follow up or delivery problems - purchased items and on 2 different occasions they said they were delivered and they were not delivered or received by me. Despite numerous emails and calling this company I am no further forward. I have asked for a refund for the original purchase and nothing… almost £500 spent and nothing to show for this! Very disappointed and very frustrated customer

Now using Evri for delivery
Now using Evri for delivery, June 2026. Evri package late, Evri package lost, Evri package stolen. Here after work for the second day waiting, on a Friday, in a heatwave. They didn't even try yesterday, they always do this. If Physique stop using Evri, I may return as customer and give a nicer review, but until then I am taking business elsewhere, I advise you to do the same.

It can be tricky to get the ball inflated and to put the stopper in quickly. It does usually take a couple of tries, and we find resting the ball against a surface helps provide more control. We also have a 'how-to' video on the product page, which you may find helpful.
