I used PickThisUp as courier agency to transport a pallet. Despite paying high service fees and purchasing all available premium add-ons—including Extra Insurance, an Excellent Courier, and a Heavy Tailgate—the delivery resulted in a total loss. An unsecured item broke loose during transit and severely damaged almost the entire shipment. A expensive piece of laboratory equipment was nearly completely destroyed, and most of the electronic items suffered massive damage. I submitted the damage report, including a seamless photo documentation, to PickThisUp before even accepting the pallet. It took days to receive a response, which downplayed the situation by claiming the damage "was not too big" and asking for more photos. After I provided an extremely detailed documentation of all the damages, the platform went completely silent. For weeks now, not a single one of my emails has been answered. PickThisUp charges premium fees but clearly tries to stall and ignore legitimate insurance claims. I strongly advise everyone against booking any transport through this platform. Since all my attempts to establish contact have been met with absolute silence, I am now forwarding this case to the European Consumer Centre (ECC).

I had to travel to pick up a package from a location of the action I won. They offered me the service to pick it up and deliver.
There are indent delivery offerers who give you deals to complete your request. It worked out for me even though I submitted a request in the night for a package that has to be picked up in the morning.
Will use again!

They are big scam. I booked their courier service for pickup which were on appointment basis. They missed the appointment two times and even they didn't informed me. I did the follow up and then got to know they missed the appointments. I already paid them in advance for my pickup which they didn't returned even after 2 weeks. They are worst to reach out and communication is pathetic. My rating for them is in negative but here 1 is the lowest rating. I would not recommend anyone for their services.

At first they reply to the email, then they disappear into thin air and don't even respond to the WhatsApp number. It almost seems like a scam company.
