Ordered a sierra cosworth grill from here. Took days to post after payment even though they agreed to post the same day.
Then we received an email saying that we needed to pay mandatory insurance despite them saying that all the fees and postage was included.
I asked for a refund and after 3/4 days of repeatedly messaging asking for my money back, I was blocked.
