management gets from 40k and workers that are on 25-26k are the ones that teaches them what work is about. The new employees are pretty much related to others and the promotion happens only between them. No matter how hard you work no one will care about you when there is an available opportunity. There are people ( drivers on drugs but never was a drug test )
Took over from our grass mowing contractor and Pinnacle 'professional' employees take grass cutting to another rubbish level.
To them 'litter picking' means just kick it to the edge to be shredded by the strimmer later.
Plastics are being turned into micro-plastics with each mow of the lawn.
The last contractor at least walked around with a black bag actually picking up litter before mowing - can't be faulted for doing that 100% peoperly.
We had March out completed by David Bruce at Catterick and he was absolutely amazing. He came to visit before March out to help point out potential charges and to put our minds at ease with doing too much.
He understands the stresses of March out and aims to limit the stresses as much as possible.

On our PRE MARCH OUT today the 15th June 2026 we had an incredible experience with David Bruce, of the Catterick area, he explained everything thoroughly and helped us understand everything, such a great and helpful guy. Myself and my wife are very pleased to have him help us through this process.

This company took over our development from Hyde and honestly its like they don't exist. No communication with tenants and don't take requests seriously. No replies on their App they promote and impossible to get someone on the end of a phone.
If you are thinking of renting or buying with this company involved. RUN.
I am entitled to SFA as I am serving in an exchange officer assignment. All has not gone smoothly, real life ! But each time Pinnacle hotline received my concern, and operators did their very best to finally reach the best and suitable solution possible. Good job well done team!

Pinnacle has been spending huge efforts in keeping very well the usual services in public areas eg the hallway & corridors, lifts & fire escape stairs. Specially we must mention Pinnacle’s good work of keeping the refuse & recycle rooms clean and orderly plus the ReGen the re-cladding contractor’s work & garden work. Emmanuel Borker has been effectively dealing with all our queries. He often dealt with the issues straight away or returns calls on the same day. The parcel delivery companies are complying with Pavilions’s requirements.
Thank you very much & please continue to keep up with your good work.

Review of Lindsey Sharp – Senior Housing Officer, Catterick Garrison
Lindsey Sharp consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism and dedication in her role as Senior Housing Officer at Catterick Garrison. She is approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to supporting service personnel and their families with housing matters.
Lindsey has been particularly effective in assisting with updates and support relating to SFA (Service Family Accommodation) adaptations. She has worked closely with occupants requiring tailored adjustments, ensuring that requests are progressed efficiently and that individuals are kept informed throughout. Her proactive engagement with contractors and relevant departments has helped minimise delays, ensuring that required adaptations are completed in a timely manner and to a suitable standard.
She has shown exceptional problem-solving skills when dealing with maintenance and repair issues. For instance, when we as a family faced repeated delays with essential repairs, she personally intervened—liaising with contractors, escalating the issue, and ensuring the work was completed within a much shorter timeframe. Her proactive follow-up ensured that we as a family felt supported rather than overlooked.
Her communication skills are another strong point. During periods of increased housing demand, Lindsey has taken the initiative to provide clear updates to personnel, explaining timelines and managing expectations effectively. This has helped reduce frustration and maintain trust in the housing process.
Additionally, Lindsey has supported us as a family with sensitivity and care, coordinating with welfare teams to secure appropriate housing solutions where needed.
Overall, Lindsey is a valuable asset to the housing team, providing a reliable, responsive, and compassionate service that makes a real difference to the community she serves.

Racist company stay well clear if you are black male the guy George is a racist will question you more than other ethnicity groups just because of your colour and surname and lie about the properties not being available STAY WELL CLEAR THEIR 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE ALSO
Placed in a house unsafe for habitation with a kettling boiler and a gas leak in the first week of moving in with a disabled adult and under 2 year old in the property. After multiple other issues being mistreated and unaddressed I raised a complaint about how we were treated following these events and requested compensation which we were entitled too following the events and they instead closed the investigation and sent an email saying my resolution request had been reached, I had actually just received an email stating sorry for the frustration, we're closing it now. I feel unsafe in my house every day and I am scared to leave my pet here even to go to the shops as there's been so many problems and pinnacle do not care. Their motto "putting families first" is laughable. First on the list of things to ignore and dismiss clearly cause they don't care in the slightest. If you have a baby and/or are disabled you will be left in unsafe housing with no care for wellbeing or safety as long as they make a profit you can die in their houses as far as they care and they'll blame something else.

I attended a march in for one of our families and was greeted with a smile by Lindsey. She went through every single aspect of the house and gave a lot of useful information for this familyand answered all questions that we asked her. She was professional throughout and incredibly knowledgeable. Lindsey really does go above and beyond for the families here in Catterick and this does not go unnoticed. Thank you.

Firstly, a shout out to our Housing Officer David Bruce, Catterick for all his support during our move-in/out of the property.
He was always on hand to answer any and all questions and treated us with the upmost respect, fairness and professionalism.
As for Pinnacle as a whole, our experience was overall satisfactory. The house was presentable on arrival (minus blemishes noted in the move in report).
Reporting faults was a simple enough process and any we did report were acted on promptly - although the workmen arrived outside of the nominated window and left a bit of a mess (still, the work was completed).
The move out process was a bit cumbersome but customer service were quick to respond to email requests and calls were made ahead of our move out to ensure we had everything in place.
Overall, compared to previous nightmare housing companies, I would rate Pinnacle.

been extremely disappointing. The staff members managing the Wembley properties have been unhelpful, difficult to contact, and often dismissive when concerns are raised. Communication is poor, responses are slow (if you get one at all), and issues that need attention are not dealt with properly or within a reasonable time.
As a resident, it feels frustrating and exhausting having to repeatedly chase for updates or support without getting clear answers. I expected better management and better communication from a housing provider, but sadly that has not been my experience. There seems to be very little urgency or willingness to genuinely help tenants when problems come up ( which is daily )

During a move in pre march out and march out appointment the member of staff(Lindsey) was incredibly helpful and supportive.
