Superb staff , the best equipment , this must be the best tyre fitting centre in the country . Whatever you drive these guys will look after your pride and joy perfectly , I use them for my vehicles and last week two friends drove there for new tyres on their DB9 and 612 Ferrari ,both Stu and Gavin were totally blown away

Submitted all forms required for the instant rebate Pirelli offer. Two months later no acknowledgement nor a check. Be aware if you purchase from this company expecting a rebate check it won't happen. If you attempt to call no one answers .

I received a Pirelli tires Cinturato P7 as an OEM equipment for our family car and let me tell you that after 25000km, they started to show terrible cupping and uneven wear! This is by far the worst tire that I have driven in my life! Now, I decided to contact Pirelli customer service to inform them and to see the options because I have spent an year searching for the issue of the terrible sound and shaking of the car! The VW tech guy told us ultimately that the tires are the source of the issue! Anyhow, l contacted Pirelli and that is where everything got worse. What I mean buy that is in a very polite manner Pirelli offered many 'options' that after careful reading weren't realistic options and the solutions were useless! For instance 'you should find an official reseller of Pirelli and reseller should agree to deal with the claim (but the reseller can refuse to cooperate). In order to move with a warranty claim, the customer should also purchase 4 tires from the same brand too!!! Any other option has at least two or three ‘ifs' or disclaimers. So all in all, this is pretty useless customer service and virtually no real warranty for the end customer. I mean what tire reseller on earth would bother to deal with claims when he is there to sell tires!!! That is the job of Pirelli and they wont care. So all in all, extremely poor quality and even worst 'customer care' if we can call it that way.

So, Pirelli are great with marketing and F1 hipe, but they should care a little bit more about the basic things, like manufacturing basic tires for passenger cars in the first place…

I cannot explain how professional these technicians are at what they do, the care and technical knowledge is second to none and the attention to detail in making that not only the tyres are correct, but also the alignment of how the vehicle drives.

My 3rd visit to PPC in Burton on Trent - this time for winter tyres on my BMW.

Superb service as always. The technicians here obviously love cars and take great pride in their work. The lady on reception is always helpful too, from taking my initial booking to getting me a coffee whilst I waited.

My summer tyres are safely stored in their tyre-hotel and I will be back in the Spring to get them changed back over.

Had 4 new synergy tyres fitted to my kia sportage at the PPC in Burton. The fitting centre was immaculately clean. The reception team were very friendly & knowledgeable. As soon as I said my name they knew without looking what I had come for. Fitting took just over an hour. They technician used a seat cover & steering wheel cover to keep my car free from dirt.The technician came over to me & explained the different tyre valves & which ones were fitted to my car & that they needed replacing & why. Once the new tyres were fitted he came over with 1 of the old rear tyres & asked if I had any rumbling noise that sounded like a wheel bearing needed replacing & then went in to show me & explained that it was uneven wear to the tyre that was causing it. He then asked if I wanted the wheels all realigned. I told him that or was a faulty suspension bush that had already been replaced under warranty & that Kia had already done that.
The attention to detail & the unprecedented knowledge the team possessed was far above any other fitting centre I've used in the past.
I will definitely be using them again in the future even if it is over an hours drive my where I live.

Decided to treat my mg zs to a new set of tyres so I went to the pirelli performance center and what a set up I was really impressed it was like walking into a 5 star hotel .the place is spotless evan had a coffee. They fitted the tyres and done balance and camber what a difference.
Definitely recommended

Pirelli P Zero Z4 run flats for my BMW out of stock for 2 months. I have to hire a car to 2 months at a cost of £1000. Pirelli customer service have done nothing to help me!!!!

I bought a set of Pirelli Scorpion All Season tyres - £160 each. After 18 months the two rear tyres developed bulges on the tread area, causing vibration. I thought this was dangerous. I returned one to Pirelli for inspection - they said it was due to gravel getting stuck in the tread, and I shouldn’t drive on gravel.. And these were All Season tyres! It was just an excuse not to accept responsibility. Don’t use Pirelli..!

All four tyres on MOT inspection had a bulged on the outerwall resulting from a weakness from the internal wall, having covered 16814miles the tyres were deemed dangerous and a failure of its structure by the MOT tester which could result in a blow out. This was an obvious manufacturing fault. Pirelli refusing liability, stateing "Protection is greatly reduced in tyres fitted to vehicles with low usage" Having driven for 55 years these tyres are are the worst tyres I have had the misfortune to come in contact with.

Booked in for camber adjustment, shop was immaculate, machines were top of the range and the whole atmosphere had a good vibe. Was instantly brought a cup of tea while I waited and the guys made a few adjustments to the alignment and because it wasn't on the ramp long enough he gave me the print out and said it was fo free. I was blown away and the guys were brilliant. Honestly would recommend and will be going there for definite when I need any other alignment due to bad roads again. Cheers guys

P7 cintauro run flat blew after 1500 miles from new. Contacted pirelli asked to send tyre back for investigation. Very long story many calls send wrong tyre back and declined my claim. Blamed that I drove tyre to long on flat. But I couldn't drive it at all as would damage alloy wheel. Simply childish avoiding responsibility. Avoid go for budget tyres as service are same=no service. At least you know that on the day of purchase.

I needed 4 tyres quickly, but was having trouble getting the sizes I wanted, Burton PPC was recommended by the Alfa club I am in. A phone call on the Friday and a new set of tyres was winging it's way to
Burton for the Monday. I rolled up to have them fitted on the Tuesday. The whole experience was fantastic. The staff (friendly and knowledgeable), great price and fantastic service. I am so glad I
made the 40 min drive to the PPC, I will definitely be doing so again in the future. I thoroughly recommend them.

I'm a Formula 1 fan. Pirelli tyres are DANGEROUS!

Pretty good tyres, slightly over priced, terms and conditions forget to mention, will explode after 30 laps.
