Total junk. Written 3 emails now as I’ve been locked out of my account, but recovery doesn’t work. Latest, they’ve taken an unprompted payment from me when I paid previously by Apple Pay?? How does that even work? No response at all, and they have my card details and are taking payments… avoid like the plague
too many pre choosen vendors which ran in the high 100s to untick would be al least 20 minutes to un check them all .did not want to either. designed so you just give up. un check in 1 press would help. .but why would they! ! happens not once either .

This company does not listen to your request.
I have asked them repeatedly not to hold my card details without permission and once again they have totally ignored my request.
They need to use the law about holding onto peoples details. I am not a customer of theirs.
Total crap,…so our rugby club now has got hundreds of Annoyed parents with pitchero taking 3 payments in stead of one. We stopped using it at a previous club as it was rubbish several years ago. An yet we now have now had to start using it again at this club. Poor treasurer.
Excellent service from Phil Davies on Saturday. Very efficient and never tried to short change anyone. Great selection of drinks, lovely and cold and a great atmosphere.
