Buy the FULL Retail to not have any problems
Bought Windows 11 Pro full retail at 4€ and the code was delivered instantly. It was binded to the Microsoft Account correctly and I couldn't be happier. I verified with slmgr /dli and it was indeed the RETAIL channel.
Zero support
I used it from time to time, but for some reason my account is now "deactivated", support doesn't work, and another key that I bought came without any instructions at all therefore can't be used (and no it's not the regular "paste it when the program asks for it"), again, support doesn't answer so basically scammed
I bought an Office key
I bought an Office key, never received it and support is not existent. they never answer.
Brought a failed Windows 11 Pro Key
Brought a Windows 11 Pro Key, it wouldn't work. Sent Pixelcodes an email, NO reply, then my account with them is suddenly deactivated, and now cant re-activate it, to chase up customer services
As a few others on here have said, it gives the impression of being scammed, as their customer service is non-existent.
Just to add to this review, I have just finished talking with Microsoft (19/05/2026), and they have informed me this key isn't a windows key at all, and to go back to where I purchased it, which I've tried, but the scammers at Pixel wont reply.
Windows 10 keys Fake. Scam
I was using pixelcodes for 2 years. Boughr more than 20+ keys. Till yesterday, i was happy with them. I got a key for Windows 10 Home, that is not working. Wrote an e-mail towards support . 1 week later no Answer. Sadly, this site also became scammers...

Support is the worst. Won't refund me.
I purchased a Windows 11 Pro retail key to upgrade my ROG Ally.
The key failed to work
I purchase another windows 11 pro key from another vendor that worked.
I'm now dealing with useless support from PixelCodes who won't refund me the cost of the key that doesn't work.
Scammers
Scammers. You buy a license for Office 2024 Professional Plus, but what you actually get is a key for the LTSC version—which isn’t mentioned anywhere visibly. The product is literally titled “Microsoft Office 2024 Pro Plus for Windows,” clearly meant to mislead customers into thinking they’re getting the full Professional Plus version.
But here’s the catch: the key won’t even activate the Pro Plus version it’s supposed to work with. It only works with the LTSC variant, which is a different, stripped-down edition meant for long-term support scenarios, not regular consumer or business use. This is a blatant bait-and-switch.
Completely deceptive, and a total waste of time and money. Avoid this seller at all costs.
Worst customer service ever
Should invest in a person with some good customer service spirit. Worst experience ever, uneasy and rude.
