I just had a lovely time at Pizza Hut, Castle Marina today with my 2 grandchildren.
The service was excellent. Our server was Iso helpful. Got the price right down for us utilising offers, etc. Kept checking on us all the time.
Salad was good(as usual, but no tomatoes?)Pizza’s constantly refilled & 2 thin crust options which are my favourites & not seen them at PH buffets before.
Keep up the good work!

Today I made an order which mostly ok. They just didnt supply dip I ordered and I couldnt reach them by phone
However I stopped ordering in past as they didnt supply anything. I called them and they didnt have anyone to make delivery. So they were going to refund and I ordered from elsewhere. However they called me back late evening (I'd made a lunchtime order) and said they could now deliver? So I never received a refund as store could deliver order - 8 hours later.
I had made alternative order on the fact they would pay undelivered order back. I dont have that much money that I could pay for 2 deliveries but I had to. I have been angry ever since, but, I like their pizzas so thought maybe miscommunication. Very disappointed today
I cant do another order as they might not send again and I cant afford to keep paying for nothing
Absolute shocking!
Absolute shocking!! We ordered 4 pizzas in Salisbury two days ago and 3 of us went down with diarrhea. One of us had it topped up with vomiting at the same time!! Be warned, you can have unexpected side effects form their pizzas!
Pressured to Get Fake Google Reviews, Then My Working Hours Were Cut
I am a part-time delivery driver at Pizza Hut Cheshunt and I am writing about my own direct experience.
The most serious issue I experienced was pressure from store management to obtain Google reviews from friends and family. I have written WhatsApp evidence where my manager personally messaged me:
“Vikas please ask your friend and family member to put google reviews”
He then sent me the Google review link and wrote:
“I need one google review from you today.”
What makes this even more concerning is that I was on paid annual leave that day. I was not working, making deliveries or serving any customers, yet I was still being instructed to obtain a Google review from friends and family.
During a later shift on 8 August, I was again challenged about not bringing enough feedback and Google reviews. I made it very clear that I am happy to ask genuine customers for honest feedback, but I will not force friends or family who have never ordered from or eaten at Pizza Hut Cheshunt to leave fake reviews.
During that confrontation, my clear recollection is that I was told that other employees were getting reviews from friends and family, that I should force my friends to provide reviews and even take their phones to get the reviews posted. I was told that I was “not eligible for this job” and that my future shifts depended on bringing reviews.
When I refused and said I would raise the matter with higher management, I was shouted at, told that I was fired, instructed to clock out and ordered to leave the store.
I later asked in writing whether I had actually been dismissed. Instead of receiving a proper dismissal notice, I was put back on the next rota.
My hours were then suddenly reduced to only 6 hours for the week, split into two 3-hour shifts. Before this incident I had consistently been receiving approximately 13 to 14 hours per week and sometimes around 17 hours.
Management knows that I travel a considerable distance and use my own car. With two separate 3-hour shifts, a significant proportion of what I earn goes straight back into travel and fuel.
Management has since claimed that the reduced hours are because of business needs and performance. However, the timing is extremely concerning because I had already been told during the dispute that I would lose shifts if I did not bring Google reviews.
What is also concerning is that management has now denied ever asking me to obtain reviews from friends and family, despite me retaining the earlier WhatsApp message clearly telling me to do exactly that.
Delivery drivers are already pressured over drive times, “delivered at place”, feedback, Google reviews and other app statistics, even though many of these metrics are affected by traffic, parking, customer addresses, map errors, preparation delays and circumstances outside a driver's control.
On top of deliveries using my own vehicle, I have also been expected to clean, wash and carry out general work inside the store while receiving basic pay.
Nobody should be made to feel worthless or told they are “not eligible” for their job because they refuse to obtain fake reviews from friends and family.
I have formally raised the matter with higher management and retained the relevant WhatsApp messages, rota records and other evidence.
Pizza Hut and its franchise management need to investigate the Google review practices and management culture at the Cheshunt store urgently. Employees should be able to refuse involvement in fake reviews without fearing threats, humiliation or losing their working hours.

Wow!
Wow! So we order a takeaway 2 pizza, 2 chips
And a slice of cheese cake and cookie and a bottle of pop.
Well the pizzas was so thin and dry the toppings was not much on or sauce and cold
The chips was cold and when we called them they passed the blame on to Justeat. Also the cheese cake and cookie was so small not worth the money. Pizza hut I won't be back which is a shame.

Worse pizza or money spent think a scam going on as tasted same as a retail shop bought pizza never again
Ripping Their Customers Off…
My partner and I always used to get Pizza Hut as a treat on our Anniversary but will never do so again. I paid £30 for a Large Deep Pan Pizza 14 inches but a Medium Pizza arrived which measured at 12 inches, the box could not hold a 14 inch Pizza (see picture attached). I had been unable to reach anyone by telephone to place my order and was unable to reach anyone to complain about a wrong order. What a disappointment. Pizza Hut which has always represented quality, is now a company who has joined all the rest, over priced and ripping their customers off.

I ordered from Pizza Hut today
I ordered from Pizza Hut today; the delivery person, SAFI , was very polite. Thank you.
Don't Order From Them Ever
Missing items from the order, the driver tells you to sort with the store, the store tells you to sort with the driver, then the store tell you to sort online, online tells you to call the store, online chat is closed at the normal time you will order, webform makes you scroll through hundreds of stores and no email on the web. Hostile design, will never order from them again
Food was undercooked and wrong
Food was undercooked, and I received incorrect items, worker was slow and did not seem to care about anything he was doing. When I reported the food to be raw and wrong, customer service told me it was fine to eat and gave me a measly £10 voucher as if that fixes anything at all. Horrid service, horrid food, will never be eating there again.

Great Pizza delivered by the very friendly and helpful Daniel from the Neath branch. He always delivers with a smile 👍
The dumbest dumbest reward system I…
The dumbest dumbest reward system I have ever seen. Aside from it glitching and not allowing me to claim rewards, even if I could, I would never use them. Why? Because you cannot combine a deal / promotion with a reward. Rewards should be ADDITIONAL to whatever promotion you apply - the clue is in the name: REWARD. It's meant to reward you for loyalty ESPECIALLY if you scrub out stamps after 6 months - another disgraceful decision. Otherwise I am paying upwards of £22 for a small create your own pizza - EXTORTIONATE - with no discount just to get a free rewards extra. Hands down the most useless reward programme I have ever seen.

Having been ordering a takeaway now…
Having been ordering a takeaway now about 4 months every week. The first time I was told they could not do half with cheese and half without cheese, for safety reasons. After explaining that I will accept full responsibility they did make me a chicken supreme deepan. We enjoyed the pizza. I normally have my half with a pint of milk . Thereafter they make us one half with and half without cheese. I can highly recommend this at Scot arms on Newton Road
