Great communication of when the window…

Great communication of when the window cleaning was going to be performed. Always gave us enough time to open gates to allow access to the back of the house.
They always turned up promptly and we never had any hassle with the team.

Always polite and professional when…

Always polite and professional when they clean my windows. Text message day before cleaning is due. Ive spoken to Paul on the phone, he was great at sorting any issue we had. Would recommend for great contactless cleaning! Keep up the great work.

Poor service

Window cleaner came to clean the windows/doors on 31/12/2024 of last year and was here for all of a few minutes as I noted on my ring camera. Clearly no full attention taken to clean the windows/doors if it only took this amount of time. Also was doing it in the dark so how you can clean windows properly in the dark I’ll never know. Also left my gate wide open to my back garden on leaving too and not shutting it. I sent an email to the company to make a complaint but never got a reply and have heard nothing since about then coming back. Also took the money out of my account too. Not good!!

Awful work - stay away

Wow - the number of negative reviews on here is quite significant!!

They provided poor work. The windows were in a worse state after they cleaned them. The first time was supposed to be a double clean but they were left dirty.

They never turned up on 2 occasions.

When I raised concerns with them, they never offered to rectify the situation. They never fixed the problem or completed the following cleans and then raised a claim that I had not paid them.

This company is trying to trap people into contracts and then PK break their contract by not meeting the required standard of work and then claim the customer should pay for the poor work provided or for not providing the work at all.

STAY WELL AWAY.

The sheer number of negative reviews speaks for itself - can all these customers be wrong?

Don’t waste your time or money.

Our experience with this company has been poor throughout. Their quote form is misleading as there is no mention of a minimum number of cleans, when you complete the form it says they’ll send sign up information but actually the email you receive automatically adds you to their ‘client list’. They show up with little notice, very early in the morning, run a brush over the windows once, will not wait for you to open community gates, and completely ignore complaints despite their ‘no quibble’ promise on the website. After being disappointed twice at the standard of this service, we tried to contact someone to complain. After receiving no response, we then cancelled the direct debit. This finally got Paul‘s attention. He demanded payment for 6 cleans while also insisting they would not come back to actually complete the minimum number of cleans. He was consistently unpleasant to deal with and threatened me with legal action every time. We’ve since found a much better window cleaner for under half the price who does a significantly better job and treats his customers with respect. Do not waste your time or money with this company, one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any company.

Awful customer service. Rude and arrogant.

First two window cleans were ok. They charged £30 on the quote although they couldn’t reach the velux windows and said the price would drop it never did. Third time cleaning the window I noticed streaks on every pane and emailed to ask if the windows had been cleaned. The reply said yes and I said they didn’t look as though they had been. I then got no further reply or offer to come back so cancelled the direct debit two days later as £30 is too much for poor service and I was irritated at the customer service. I then had an email (funnily enough) telling me to pay what I owed for ‘compensation’ to the tune of £100 or legal action would be taken. Then owner is rude and arrogant and does not seem to care about customer service.

Filled in the online form and was sent…

Filled in the online form and was sent an email to confirm I would be booked in for a regular service. The email didn’t ask when would suit me and I have sent 3 emails back stating I cannot do the date sent as there is a communal locked gate at the back and I will be at work. I have had no response. I have sent a text message again to the number on the email. Again no response. This is all over the space of a week. They clearly don’t want the service. Would not recommend using them.

Owner is Rude and arrogant

Time wasters with customer service skills like a camel. Called before booking to discuss the size of the property. Pre paid and booked in after confirming all was fine. Meant to show up on 6th June didn’t bother turning up. Called on the 7th arrogant bloke said we text you yesterday to say we’d be there today (they didn’t message) turned up at the property only know this as I saw them walking round my back garden didn’t even knock to introduce themselves. After looking round then decided to knock on and say the original price quoted wasn’t enough as it’s a big house. I said I called and explained the house before booking arrogant Paul said some windows we can’t do but we can do the ones we can for £30 instead of £25. Said ok to which arrogant Paul said no the jobs too big for us: Time waster and arrogant. Poor service from the moment I first contacted them. Would 100% not recommend stay way clear

We don’t take prepayments for regular window cleaning we have a direct debit system. You haven’t paid us a penny. We came to the property. We explained that the automatic pricing doesn’t work very well for big unusual houses. We also told you the windows that we couldn’t clean because they are inaccessible. Not sure what you mean by discuss the size of the property before we came there's nothing like seeing it first hand?? Once we were there we could see that it was incorrectly priced. Just like most window cleaners when we do window cleaning we don't knock on to introduce ourselves, very often customers are not even home or are doing something important. You saw us through the kitchen window as we looked around the back and it was clear that you knew what we were there for. We texted you to let you know we were coming the day after. We explained that we could not reach one window with the pole as there was no room to manouveur at the side of the house and that the land dropped away sharply so doing it from the other side of the fence wouldn't help. When I explained this you started telling me that you had been quoted for all windows as if we had guaranteed to clean all of them. No window cleaner could give this guarantee without seeing the windows first. Your manner was dismissive and quite aggressive. We decided you are not a customer for us which is our right.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. The owner I think Paul spoke rude over the phone which by the reviews I see is a common issue. I understand that he’s just a window cleaner so can’t expect a gentleman but the whole point of booking him and the direct debit set up was a no contact window clean. However they came pressed the bell once and left. Didn’t even try to see if anyone was in or call my number to ask. Rude and unprofessional third class family run business. Do not get them if you want windows cleaned and be spoken to with respect.

I was contacted by Paul Keogh who asked…

I was contacted by Paul Keogh who asked me to complete the direct debit mandate which I did and sent it in to my bank. Paul told me that I would be contacted by text the night before my windows were due to be cleaned. I was given an estimate of the date when the windows would be cleaned but not having had the text, I called Paul and as a new customer, was very disappointed in the way he spoke to me. I felt that I was being treated as unintelligent and foolish individual and was told in no uncertain terms to read the details of his contract which was to wait for a text. I was told that they wouldn't now be coming to clean my windows. I tried to call Paul back as I believed there had been a misunderstanding but when I talked to Paul
he put the phone down on me and immediately cancelled my direct debit. I would like to remind Paul that I was the customer and would have expected some courtesy and civility as a new customer. I am a Chartered Accountant and would never dream of treating my clients in the way in which Paul treated me. All new customers beware !!!
