They have taken my money but never give me any confirmation that iam in the draw and nothing shows on my account under history like they say should happen after 20 mins been waiting over a week stay well away, poor customer service
Planet of Dreams
Planet of Dreams , raffle cars they get at auction, only they don't actually pay for them they say there is something wrong with them, to avoid paying any money. So the seller does not receive their money, so they are actually raffling cars they don't own. I would definitely avoid this underhand company.

Hello, there was supposed to be a live draw but it wasn't, it was a bit of a scam, good scam
Beware auto subscription…
Didn't know by paying for 1 competion that it was monthly, didn't say on the screen and didn't want monthly subscription, basically a betting site and con, not happy took another tenner, had to join then cancel, scammers
Over 2 years as a dream catcher and…
Over 2 years as a dream catcher and spent £1000s on boosting entries on vehicles (which let's be honest, aren't as good as similar raffle sites, who wants to win a 20 year old BMW or VW golf). Never even won a lego set so I can't really justify the the money I've spent on this site over the last two years. I do enjoy watching the CCD YouTube channel so this is nothing personal against these guys, my issues are just with the whole planetofdreams.co.uk side of things.
Dreamcatcher for a month
Dreamcatcher for a month. Didn't win a single thing despite being in so many draws. 1000s and 1000s of entries into draws only for me to realise the way the draws are done this must be one of the worst odds ticket site going. The ticket entry you get are like 30 characters long made up of numbers and letters which I guess is millions and millions of combinations similar to scammy Omaze. You never know the total number of tickets sold or the max (because there is no max). So you may have 2000 Dreamcatcher entries but 5million plus entries may exist. Also have no idea how to determine the source of all entries I.e. can 1 million just be given to a friend of the channel.
Nice website but that's about it
Dreamcatcher rewards
Had an issue and they reached out and sorted it. Update: the team have reached out and resolved this issue. I would like to thank POD team for excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Slimeball competition
Slimeball , what a shoddy way to run a competition, no live draw ! Just have to take Calvin's word for it 🤔 if you're going to run a comp , be as transparent as possible, first and last time playing.
X Box!
Wow!! I absolutely have no words. Been a Dreamcatcher since early 2025 and l was beginning to get annoyed then boom! Out of nowhere received an email that l won an X Box for a £0.02 entry! I am still trying to process this. Thank you Cal and team. I can’t even tell you how hard it is to be patient but its totally worth it when your day comes. Thank you to the Planet of dreams family. I wish l had enough words to describe the joy you brought to me. I won this device during a very low period in my life. Thank you and keep changing lives 🙏🏾🫶🏽
A roof scammer who led me to Planet of Dreams…
A scammer who looks and sounds like the man in a facebook link for Planet of Dreams scammed me big-time for roof repairs that he subcontracted. He underpaid the men who did the work, mostly repairing the damage his assistant caused, from a Zelle account under a name other than his. When I Googled the name, I was led to a reel for Planet of Dreams. It is no surprise that people don't receive prizes they "win" or that subscription fees are withdrawn after accounts are closed. Liam Grey/Gray is the name he used, Citywide Construction LLC.
Won a few times with this platform
Won a few times with this platform, my latest win was a JBL speaker. Won it just as the guys were going through some stuff, and even organised for it to be delivered to the other end of the country as I’d be away. 10/10. Love the fact you can pay your money and they automatically put you into all the comps they do.Plus there is still option of that one free ticket, which is of course where it all started from.
I won a prize two months ago
I won a prize two months ago, they said via email I needed to reactivate my subscription to claim the prize so I did, then radio silence, not heard anything back from them in over a month. Sort it out reply to your emails and send the prizes!
Update: after reaching out to them persistently, this prompted them to realise that they had not replied to my emails, which they apologised for.
I love cal and his videos and I love planet of dreams and its concept and what it does, however the experience as a customer when dealing with the emails is not good, it diminishes trust in the competition fast,
The number one thing with this kind of business is trust, if people don’t trust your competition they won’t buy tickets.
Some reform is needed here, hopefully they can take on board this as I would love to see a better Planet of Dreams.
Won a PS5 on the 14th June still…
Won a PS5 on the 14th June still waiting
After initially very promising emails now haven’t heard anything
Got a very disappointed 8 year old who I told would be getting the PS5 😢
Update 7/8/2026
Prize has now being received and apology has being issued
Its all good until you leave…
Its all good until you leave dreamcatchers all the 100 free goes per comp you get during the months go they take them back I thought they would stay till the comps were drawn but no they have taken of 100 from each of the cars that had been put on the last couple of months also other items have all lost 100 free goes.
Announced as a winner, then denied the prize
Planet of Dreams publicly listed my name and town on its “recent winners” page after I won an Xbox controller. Naturally, I believed I had genuinely won.
I had been a paying member for months, and during that time I received entries for rewards with closing dates extending more than 100 days into the future. I also used the free daily wheel regularly.
After I was announced as the winner, I was told I would not receive the prize because I did not have an active membership. This was extremely confusing and upsetting. If my entry was not valid, why was it issued to me, kept in the draw, selected as the winning entry, and then published publicly with my name and town?
I was announced as the winner, but the prize was not given to me or awarded to a replacement winner
This is not mainly about the value of the controller. It is about being given the excitement and hope of winning, being publicly named as a winner, and then having the prize refused.
I believe Planet of Dreams should either honour the result or provide clear evidence explaining why the entry was accepted into the draw and selected, but later rejected. They should also correct or remove my details from the winners page if they maintain that I was not a valid winner.
Based on my experience, I would advise anyone considering joining to read the membership and eligibility terms very carefully, especially where entries are issued for draws ending long after the membership period, and to keep screenshots of everything.
I will update this review if Planet of Dreams resolves the matter fairly.
AVOID
Massive massive scam.
Got emailed that I’d won Apple air pods. Was absolutely buzzing - ended up not hearing anything from them for a few weeks then they sent me a link to fill in my address details (not sure why as they should already have them when I made an account) but I tried to do it and everytime I went on the link it just said error. Still to this day I’m getting no reply back tried literally everything to get in touch. Please don’t give these any money as it’s all a scam. Awful odds and a proper rip off!!! *AVOID*
Bait-and-switch subscription trap! They advertise you as a winner, then wipe your data to avoid paying!
Bait-and-switch subscription trap! They advertise you as a winner, then wipe your data to avoid paying!
Absolute scam. I paid a subscription (£19.99) and separate entry fees (£13.32 & £4.49) on 1st April 2026. On 21st June, I received an official congratulations email from Planet of Dreams declaring me the winner of the Sony WH-1000XM5 Headphones (or a £150 cash alternative).
When I logged in to claim, the website explicitly prompted me to reactivate my cancelled subscription, which I did in good faith. My account page showed the win as "processing," and their public website announced me as "Chris from Enfield" to show the community a "real win."
I sent my bank details for the £150 cash transfer as requested. After 2–3 weeks of complete radio silence and chasing them for the money, I cancelled my subscription again. The moment I cancelled, they suddenly replied, making excuses and refusing to pay!
When I challenged them, they did something incredibly dishonest: they logged into my profile and completely wiped my "Wins" page, cleared my past paid transaction history, and scrubbed my name from the public winners' list to hide the evidence!
Shady, deceptive, and completely illegal. They didn't realize I saved a full screen recording of my active dashboard and the public winner page before they tried to wipe it. I have submitted the email threads, bank statements, and screen recordings directly to Action Fraud, Trading Standards, and the ASA. Do not give this company a single penny!

Just Terrific
A Terrific site - with inexpensive #Dreamcatcher subs & fun opportunities for car enthusiasts following gutsy Calvin's expert choices of rare cars to win...led me to their sponsor 'CarVertical' too where I found out history of my 2007 Merc so all good! I enjoy all here & highly recommend his #YouTube channel too, no agenda just great to learn about his daily car business.

In the process of blocking the payments…
In the process of blocking the payments which have continued leaving my account, despite my cancelling.
The bank are having as much trouble as me trying to contact someone!!
Would've loved to say something at least a bit positive but sadly can't think of anything
