These guys are the vape specialists. I recieved good service and a very well engineered house designed bubbler for my Arizer. It's obvious that some real thought went into the glass piece.

Great retailer

Great retailer. They really followed through on a return, and I ended up purchasing the POV Lobo, which is terrific.

Great customer service!

This was my first experience diving into the world of dry herb vaping. Through a little research potv came up as having the best vape for the price. I purchased the lobo and I am absolutely loving it. I purchased the adapter for my bubbler but it did not fit well. What was impressive was they shipped me another glass piece to add to the adapter which would make it fit better free of charge because they didn’t want me to make it work… which was me wrapping a bit of tape around the neck. I thought it was a really nice gesture and can’t wait to use it with the new glass piece. Also, they are really quick with responses and are eager to help give you a great experience. The guarantee was what sold me. For being a large investment, knowing that if I didn’t like it I could return it was nice to have as an option. The vape is high quality, and designed well. I would, and have recommended this product/company to others.

Sweet and sour experience

Well, very first thing to take in count is that they just deliver through USPS. That’s such a disappointing experience. It’s been over 12 days and nothing about my order. I’ve been speaking with the Planet of The Vapes customer service agents which are willing to help me (that’s very appreciated). However, I’m desperately waiting to use the POTV Lobo.

I guess it’s a great product (Haven’t tried it yet), so i hope it’s worth the wait, but the very downside is the shipping.

I was buying it for my birthday and it won’t arrive so I guess all i can do is wait.

I really hope the shipping at some point will get better so you can track your order more accurately and be sure that everything is delivered. In my case, USPS put the order as delivered. However, nothing arrived.

I hope this reship will arrive fast so I don’t have to wait this excessive long time just for getting my order. Again, I really hope it’s worth the wait.

They are very helpful, i wouldn’t say it is “REALLY FAST” to get help, but at least they will try to reply the same day. Haven’t heard about my order nor the reshipping, but i’m really excited to try the Lobo once it arrives.

I don’t know if they will give me something as a compensation (I guess the compensation is reshipping the order I NEVER RECEIVED). However, some glass attachment or bong would be appreciated to match it with the POTV Lobo once it arrives, because it’s been such a long wait for receiving it.

Again, i’m very excited for trying it, I hope this time it arrives. :/
