Their games pay NOTHING. 70 free games across 7 bonuses 60 dead spins one catch on the last 10 of the free games for 50p. Dodgy site doesnt display the games RTPs so you never know if you're playing on 94% or 90% ETC. Legalised theft. Still have murker fishin frenzy on their site and its about 100 years old..glitchy laggy misplaced reels the lot. Shambles.

It has now been 10 days since I deposit…

It has now been 10 days since I deposit €150 into PlayOjo. I have submitted valid ID which they claim doesn’t match their records as I did not include my MIDDLE name. I cannot access live chat as I can not access the app without verification. I received an email saying my account had successfully been verified yet I still cannot access it. Over email I contacted their live support and the most recent time 5 days ago they said they would get it fixed and come back to me. I asked for an update 3 days ago and still nothing. All I have asked for is my money back. It is an absolute disgrace and I very much doubt that I will even see my money. Steer clear of theses frauds.

SCAM

Shocking company, I never wanted to use this casino as I was aware of the poor reviews and it clearly looked dodgy. But I got some free spins and won £27.88, whilst not a huge amount it was enough for me to try get this money back which requires depositing £10 to allow you to withdraw the full sum.

After depositing £10 I went to withdraw the full amount (£37.88). Nothing more was said to me, no documents were said to be required for this and I waited 36 hours. My withdrawal was then rejected and my account only had the £10 I deposited left in it.

Clearly there was some sort of expiration on my winnings which I was never made aware of and they held off any status on the withdrawal until the winnings expired. So now not only are my winnings gone but I am £10 down as I can’t withdraw what I had to deposit.

I have to emailed their support team and had no response. The whole thing looks like a well promoted scam, NEVER use this casino.

Update: They have informed me that free spins winnings have been cancelled in line with their “policy”. So basically if you ever win off a free offer expect them to cancel it as they please.

Do not go near at all. Yesterday at 10:30am signed up deposit £10 get 80 free spins keep all winnings no wagering requirements. I then withdrew £17, it is now the next morning at 8:30am no funds received. I have been told the same thing over customer service. This morning I was asked why I wanted the money, why I needed the money (shouldn’t have to say to withdraw money) they then restricted my account. And told me “we will refund your deposit not your winnings” and by the way still haven’t got. So don’t go anywhere near

On checking we see that our Crew and Payments team have been trying their very best to get your funds to you since 24/4/2026.
You initially asked for the winnings to be sent to your bank card that used to deposit however this was rejected so we kindly asked you to either process the request via Interac or by entering your bank details for Wire transfer.
On entering your Banking info our Payments attempted to process the withdrawal again with your Bank refusing the transaction and we advised that this was due to the banking info not being completely correct.
Our Crew has tried on many occasions to ask you to double check the Banking info you entered and correct any info that is incorrect or to place a with via Interac.
On checking we see that our Crew has been replying to either your Chat or email contact and until either your Banking info is corrected or you request a withdrawal via Interac we are very limited to what more we can do from our end.
James we totally understand this must be frustrating and we truly do want you to be able to enjoy your winnings and hope that this matter is resolved soon.

UPDATE: still absolutely no response from the customer support team about why my Interac E-transfer option has been removed from withdrawal methods.
Still haven’t received my wire transfer either. Great job PlayOJO.
Interac E-transfer magically appears again right after putting in my previous review and I used the service. Now two days later after winning, the Interac E-transfer method is missing again. I am not using the wire transfer that was suggested by them.
I refuse to use wire transfer for larger withdrawals as it takes days for MY winnings to reach my bank account.
Amazingly again I was able to deposit with E-transfer seamlessly, surprise, surprise they have no issues TAKING your money.
This site should be shut down. Absolute joke of a website and the worst customer service. They act like AI bots just repeating the same responses over and over. Shut this website down now they are thieves.

I say the total waste of time I am physically located in Ontario and have installed every single mandatory program they demand for location tracking yet it still fails to verify my position It's an endless loop of technical failures On top of the Geo fencing being broken the site is programmed like a piece of junk It hits me with the same cookie prompts every single time I land on the page even though I've already rejected them you can't even get to the dashboard without fighting the interface Don't bother with this site unless you enjoy installing useless software and being blocked from playing anyway...i've tried on multiple devices
