Don't play here they will cheat you
If I could give it a negative 5 I would. Very disappointed, I really thought they were on the up and up. But far from it, I registered got verified everything was all good. Until I did a withdrawal, that I never received. I got in touch with support and one person would email saying that how I deposited the money was not how I choose receive the money, another would say that the bank is not in my name, but they would all say the transaction was a success, I sent I don't know how many times my bank statement showing the bank is in my name, it is the same bank I used to make a deposit, and they could see that I never received the withdrawal. I was told that finances would investigate but I have yet to hear from them. Know it is going on 2 months. So if I were you don't play here not only do you lose your money that you deposit, but the money you won.

This is to reply to playuzu, I have contacted your support team many times, and everytime a different person answers, with the same response as the others no help at all. I would like to let you know I did enjoy your casino and would have liked to play more in your casino but why if I don't get the money I win that is no fun.

It's impossible to win on this website; the RTP is definitely not what they advertise.
I've played Sword of the Grail since its release and have won and lost hundreds of thousands across 100s of different casinos, and I have never in my life experienced the poor payouts that it gives at PlayUzu, the game feels completely different. 5 bonuses in a row that paid less than x2, yes 5 FEATURES IN A ROW.
You drop 1000 euros on 10-euro spins, finally win a bonus, and it pays you 20 euros. Absolutely disgraceful.
Between the disgustingly bad payouts, they don't have any live card games, and their site is built with horrendous, laggy code. You can't play multiple slots at the same time, auto spin is nearly always broken, and they have these popups that completely block your screen and often crash the browser... which, by the way, the popups are active when you win something, so imagine you've been hunting a bonus for a while, finally get it, and then this stupid popup system crashes the browser.
The most suspicious thing about this website is the fact that the slots that are barely played NEVER pay, almost like they are not random and instead need to accumulate money first from customers before paying out.
I consider myself a high-roller, but the payouts are so poor and the website function is so bad compared to others that I can't justify a reason to ever play on PlayUZU again.
I have not made a single withdrawal in over 6 months, yet I have made nearly 30 deposits.
