Worst site builder ive tested in my entire life.0/10 wouldnt recommend. Customer support is non existent. They terminated my 2 week free trial after just two days and asked for immediate payment in order to continue. Whats the point of a free trial if i have to pay?

I first started working with plug&pay 1 year ago and what I like the most about the software is how it is an allround solution for online entrepeneurship. I own a wordpress website, but the more I discover all the functionalities of P&P, the less I am using my website. Also P&P is always evolving, implementing everything you need as an online entrepeneur. And they regularly give (free) trainings in online marketing, to help online entrepeneurs grow, so you should definitly get on their e-mail list ;).

I am using this software for many years, because it really is very easy to use and very efficient. It made creating checkout pages really enjoyable for me! And on top of that they have an amazing customer service. Fast, efficient and with real people who support you... and that in 2026 👍 Thank you very much Frederieke!

I absolutely do not recommend. Scam. No invoice. Can't reach anyone. Device doesn't work. Really don't buy. Save your money.

I’m genuinely a huge fan of Plug&Pay. It’s such user-friendly software. And it’s helping me grow my online business with scalable digital products.

Their knowledge base is outstanding. You can really tell they care about keeping everything relevant and easy to follow.

What impresses me the most though, is their customer support. Every time I reach out, I’m blown away by how fast and helpful they are. Whether it’s a live chat with one of their team members or their AI bot stepping in, I often get the right answer within minutes. Even to questions I didn’t expect an AI to solve so well!

The integrations with MailBlue and Huddle work perfectly, and the whole system just runs smoothly together.

And finally, the Plug&Pay team itself. The guys behind it are fantastic. Their free challenges are packed with so much value and delivered with such fun high-energy vibes that learning from them is genuinely a joy. They overdeliver every single time.

It is an easy, very nicely stiled programm to put out your funnels and payments! But you still need email software and for courses a course platform. And depends what kind of license, your payments go through mollie but not to your administration software , you need another software connection license. It has impacable support

I followed the Black Friday Challenge which was done by Plug & Pay, Mailblue and Shake. The Challenge was 5 days of 2 hours. I bought the VIP session, with 5 days of 1 hour Q and A and life time access to recordings of the sessions.

The Challenge was impressive. The principles of black friday marketing were explained with a realistically looking business.

Martijn van Tongeren showed us live how to build an opt-in page, a sales page and a product page with Plug & Play from scratch and how to use AI to speed up the process. I am not a fan of AI, but this looked like it was used ethically.
Support was very busy with live answering the questions, they worked very hard and efficiently.

The sessions were online hours after the live event.

Easy to use, it always works, intuitive dashboard.

The explanation could be a bit more structured. First the results, then the explanation with examples, and then the details. Then everyone can keep listening. Kolb's learning styles. But not everyone has natural teaching skills. But the PlugandPay software is fantastic and incredible. I'm sold; this will save so much time!

Plug & pay is amazing! Super simple to use, very user friendly, and a very good customer service. They are constantly developping and improving tools to make my life even more easy. I'm super happy. Only thing is doing business abroad is not 100% supported, I would love to offer my product to my European clients in euro's, and to my American clients in dollars. Now I need to have an extra pay system to organise this. It's a conversion killer in US if they can't pay in dollars, so hopefully that will be possible soon! Thank you Tonny, Martijn and team for all you do!
