Small post with important documents send from Poland to Ireland by Global Express. Should be in Ireland within 5 working days. Never arrived. Main Polish Post Office confirmed that apparently there are no set dates for deliveries. Could be anytime. They don't give a shit about anything. I've left Poland 23 years ago and nothing has changed. Administration is a total joke.

They are very bad in warsaw no help at all very rude stuff when you are working in this business you should know english and even if you dont you should try to help the person not refuse to help!!!

Just don't bother, do yourself a favor and use literally any other postal/carrier service. Deliver it yourself if you have to.

We sent numerous postcards from various post offices across Poland. Prices were all different (to same countries). They would often cover most of postcard with stamps. NONE OF THE POSTCARDS ARRIVED. Save any post until you are in another country, do not post from Poland.

Worst service ever. Priority mail, but it take 17 days to be delivered between Krakow & Warsaw.

Poczta Polska is, by far, the worst delivery service I have ever seen!
Their postmen are literal liars, pretend delivering, and just go directly deposit a package at a center. Not only that, the same postman did it multiple time, and even one time, deposited ALL packages from our residence, at a different city center!
Customer support is useless, and opening a complaint as well...
Talking to most of the customer services would be the equivalent to talk with a dysfunctional chatbot... and not the AI based ones!

So I’ve never had any issues with any company in Poland before until now. I’ve had a very urgent and important document mailed from Brazil to Poland in the end of February to be delivered on March 2nd max, it turns out that the company itself not only received the document/mail but decided to send it back to Brazil without even having any attempt of contacting me to inform about it, if I hadn’t asked my fiancé to call them for me (because I’m not fluent on Polish and they rarely have someone to speak in English), to see why it hasn’t been delivered yet or what happened I would’ve never know anything about it. They have sent the mail back on March 3rd because “apparently” the address was wrong, and here is something that doesn’t make sense.
Why can’t they take 1 minute at least to contact you and inform that something was wrong and attempt a way to deliver the mail to you?! Now thanks to them I’ve lost the document.

Halina is one of the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever met. She does not seem to understand English and started yelling that I needed to speak Polish (as far as I understood).

Her face was full of anger, and she looked like she was about to explode when I showed her the stamps I wanted to buy for my children.

Catastrophic service, paid by taxpayers.

Karolina was impolite, cussed.she had no knowledge of what can be sent and she made insulted my Polish.

They should be in jail for what these scumbags are doing.

My mother lives in Poland and I live in Spain for sometimes now
In February my mothers wanted surprise me and my partner and she send us a gift (some snacks ) she pay extra money to be sure it will come in time and fast
Two weeks past and nothing one month and still nothing, by April we all forgot about this until she got the phone call from the poczta she have to come to the office and pick up undelivered item and she have to pay for it
They told her that the package make to spain but no one was at home but we here never got any information we have a package to pick up. My mother wrote complain later and ask to give her money back for not delivery. They told her she have to show the prove from spain the package never make here so I went to the post office here and surprise surprise they don’t have anything abut this package so here it’s a story abut using poczta Polska this package never make to our home and got lost and stock for a month in Madrid and later on they send back to my mother
My advice is never ever use this company

I paid for a priority mail with important documents, within the same city. Warsaw to Warsaw. They still managed to lose it.

The worst service I ever used. They generated awiso paper even before they got delivery in their office. They never planned to deliver it by courier. Cannot beleive such ignorance is normal for them. 11 days of waiting by the way

Tym razem kurier po prostu ukradł paczkę i zaznaczył w systemie, że niby ją odebrałem i podpisałem (wg trackingu) !!! Dostałem też email od pocztexu, że dziękują za odebranie przesyłki. Poszedłem do filii, żeby wyjaśnić sprawę, okazało się, że muszę rozmawiać z kierownikiem, a tego prawie nigdy nie ma w pracy! Na szczęście zamawiałem przez Amazon i uzyskałem zwrot, ale nie mógłbym polecić poczty polskiej, tym bardziej, że to już nie pierwszy problem jaki z nimi mam (np. nigdy nie dostarczają do domu, jak to powinni robić, tylko od razu do filii i kłamliwie zaznaczają, że nikogo nie zastali, chociaż zawsze ktoś w domu jest.

This time around the courier simply stole my package and marked in the system that I supposedly collected and signed for it (according to the tracking) !!! I also received email from them, thanking me for collecting the package. I went to the branch to have the situation cleared, but apparently you need to talk to the branch manager who's almost never there! Luckily I had ordered through Amazon and received full refund, but I couldn't possibly recommend poczta polska, especially that it's not the first time they're giving me problems (for instance, they never deliver to home address, like they should, but straight to the branch and falsely claim nobody was home to collect, although that is almost never the case. To sum it up: avoid like the plague!

Terrible experience with their international shipping. My package was repeatedly sent back and forth between different locations instead of being delivered efficiently. Tracking updates made no sense, and unnecessary delays added days to the delivery time. No clear communication or accountability. Would not trust them for time-sensitive shipments.

I'm here to witness that this post for sure are now working professional more than i was expecting, they sent my parcel from Poland on 1st march 2025 to United arabic emarate where i'm living now and i received it only in 7 days. i appreciate it so much

I would give the Polish post the worst possible review. I sent a large package to a valid address. The recipient was supposed to fill out a form to receive the package. The recipient only received the form when the package was returned to me.
The Polish post is very poor in its services and very expensive.
