Paid for 2 years, never received a single issue!

I subscribed to Poetry Magazine and, over the course of two years, did not receive a single physical issue. During that time, I reached out to customer service multiple times to resolve the problem and confirm delivery, but my concerns were never meaningfully addressed.

I verified with USPS that there were no delivery issues on my end, and I was clearly on their mailing list (I received promotional materials), which made the lack of actual subscription fulfillment even more confusing.

Customer service repeatedly “confirmed” my address without providing any proof of shipment, such as mailing dates or dispatch confirmation. They kept telling me to reach out to USPS and gave the same automated answer over and over again. They kept telling me over and over again that issue were sent out, but there is no way! I have USPS informed delivery, and if there was an "issue with my mailbox" I would have known about it. I asked that the situation be escalated and all my requests for escalation were ignored. It sounded like I wasn't talking to a real person at all!

Only after persistent follow-up did I have to cancel my subscription and issue a refund through their website. I still need a refund for the first year!

Overall, this was a frustrating experience with poor communication and no real resolution beyond a refund. I would not recommend subscribing based on this experience.

Edit: They finally gave me a refund of $6!!! LOL
