I ordered custom poker chips for a memorial charity golf tournament and was given a delivery date of April 14. Based on that, I planned to include them in goodie bags for about 90 attendees.

After placing the order, I received an update saying they would not arrive until April 20 at 9 PM—the same day as the tournament, which started at 12 PM. That alone made the order unusable.

To make matters worse, the shipment had the wrong ZIP code, and as of April 24, I still have not received the chips at all.

I have sent multiple emails and have only received generic “sorry” responses with no real solution or urgency. At this point, the event is over and the chips are completely useless to me.

This was for a charity event, and the lack of communication, incorrect shipping information, and missed deadlines caused a lot of frustration and disappointment.

I would not recommend using this company if you have any kind of deadline!
I asked for a refund since the product did not arrive in time for the event it was ordered for and they won’t answer me!

Phenomenal service! Ordered on Monday asking for help to get them by the weekend and received on Thursday with overnight shipping!

PokerChips.com filled and shipped custom poker chips in time for my father's visitation. When I first found them online and reached out regarding if they could fill the order in time, they responded within minutes with a heartfelt yes. When I realized I had made an error in my order, they fixed it without hesitation. The chips arrived on time and exactly as I had ordered. I couldn't be happier with PokerChips.com and would happily use them again and recommend them to others.

I was unable to get the artwork on one side to fit the area. I emailed and they assured me that their group would look at it and fix any issues. In going back to look at my order I did not see the proof and was even more worried. I received a notice that my order shipped and when they arrived they were perfect. Great job by quality assurance and I could not be more satisfied with the finished product!! Full transparency, I looked at two other chip manufacturers. One could beat the price but neither could beat the quality. I ordered based upon my view of my draft chip as good as I could make it. They made it better than my draft.

this company is great i have done business with them in the past and needed to buy more,so i went online and put the information that i wanted on the chip.i didnt proof it and put the wrong phone number in. I PANICKED and it was late friday so i emailed them a bunch of times,they must have got the emails and worked behind the scenes and fixed the number im sure Jacob was behind the help best of all i got them yesterday that was late friday night to wed afternoon (record time )thanks everyone john

I've made a bunch of purchases with them now and everytime has been a pleasure. This last one, I wasn't to happy about how they came out and they went over and above to make it right and get me new ones within days! Appreciate the hard work as always, and look forward to getting more!

Placed an order for custom chips for my Mom's birthday. The final chips are really nice, look cool, and I got them within two weeks.

There actually was a small defect on some of the chips... I emailed them a pic and within hours they had acknowledged the mistake and told me they would get replacements out ASAP. They rushed the corrected order out to me and I had it a week before my deadline.

Mistakes happen. Quality businesses own up to those mistakes and make it right. This is one of those businesses.

Incredible service! I ordered custom chips late night (maybe around 10pm EST) on 12/12/2024, chips were at UPS in the afternoon on 12/13/2024! Less than a day, they had them printed, packed, and shipped! I just got them today 12/16/2024.
The chips are exactly what I wanted. I had complex artwork with shadows, gradients, and some really fine details that I thought wouldn't come out in the final print, but they did and they look amazing. Oh, and they were the cheapest I could find on top of being the best. I am extremely impressed. I will never have chips made anywhere else. I'm already designing another set, this could be bad for me.

I made an order, never got it and I disputed the charge with the bank.

The customer service writes after a while and tells me it was due to a hurricane, which I totally understand but I had ordered my chips somewhere else by this point, but didn’t get a refund at all, no product and they told the bank it was approved by me.

This is not fair at all and I didn’t get the product or the refund at all.
