PokerStars uk have forced me to accept terms and conditions before I could log into the site upon reading these it outlines that if you win on any slot and if they decide there was a glitch they will not pay out further more reading all these terms and conditions outlines and explains that the consumer will fully be liable so the moral concept surrounding PokerStars uk is you’d be more worried about winning than losing if there was an option to upload these terms and conditions I would’ve done they seem to not realise that they have an obligation to pay out for if anything is wrong with the game they are responsible having these sets of terms and conditions laid out would put everyone off because this in its self is breaking the law

Pokers Casino the Ontario site version I have been custom base from the beginning. I have always recommended them to everybody and today they were unable to pay me my $200 withdrawal a timely fashion. I contacted support about the delay and they said I must continue waiting up to 72 hours. I then played some more and more money and I tried to withdraw that and it said that because the first withdrawal wasn’t processed I’m unable to make another withdraw so I got help again and now they’ve closed my account, no discussion about my money. I cannot write back to them. They say to use a contact form. It will not accept my images and nobody will get back to me as of now there is $412 there that I wish to be sent back to me email at once , and nobody is getting back to me. I’ve been there from at least 5 to 7 years. I’ve always given them good reviews and I’ve always been more than happy with them as my provider and all of a sudden because I was that my withdraw wasn’t here timely fashion they arbitrarily chosen to make things difficult and close my account. I need trust pilot to get to the bottom of this and simply get my money if you interact transfer has been customary from the beginning. I’ve tried to submit documents, but it is not necessary if I am never to use the site again , I also plan to contact the financial services. Commission would be happy to share with you with anyone who wishes further info what poker services has done. Here is completely acceptable and I am requesting a timely solution.

They have now closed my account for no other reason than the fact that I have been vocal and we’re not wanting my money. I win a lot to poker .But I play casino as well for many years and never win something ok and I play a lot of money .Example minim 10 times I win over 1000£ and I play casino same day and I lost all

Read a lot of mixed reviews here, but can only comment on my experience.
Deposited about £80 had. Few small wins, withdrew £370 back to my bank and received it quickly within a couple of hours.
However, the games payouts do have quite high volatility even on low volatility slots. That being said, a positive experience

Ok so to those who have read the 1st part of my review, as I stated these guys actually sponsor, their latest being Michegan based Ice Hockey Team "The Red Wings" owned by the Sweasy Family, mainly Bill Sweasy, as I stated in the 1st part, all you unfairly treated punters (after exhausting all other avenues) individually sent your complaints to Bill Sweasy hopefully he would realise the bad name hes associating his business' with and pull any sponsorship.

For some reason i cannot see the 1st part to this published even though its saying it has been published, please see all my reviews where you can read the 1st part.

Won on a bonus feature and win was not added to balance contacted right away asked to identify correct spin it was triggered on was like trying to find a needle in a hay stack feel physically sick they can actually do this.
Requested game history yet none of the game history showed me being on a feature yet I had been on it a few times and it added previous wins but not the last time I won absolute joke

I went through the stressful verification process on my first withdrawal.

Then Pokerstars software always freezes like a glitch compare to ladbrokes and mr green software

Today the slot game had to images on top of each other and the game wasn’t reading no my winning lines properly even my 12 free spins i managed to get didn't pick up the winning lines. When i contacted support they blamed my experience and technical issues on my internet claiming it may not of been secure.

Total and utter rubbish.

After previously writing a bad review of PS, they finally came through with the promised free spins and won on a few bonuses too. Withdrawal has been no issues (although only withdrawn small amounts and still down on profit/loss). Seems to be the fairest online casino out there, fingers crossed for a reasonable win soon!

Standard algorithm based site. Once you reach what the algorithm wants you to have them all bonuses are halted on all games. Obviously it will be denied but when it’s every single time you know that the whole RNG thing is nonsense.
I’m giving 2 stars because this site has decent rewards with their bonus chests, the problem is you won’t get very far with whatever you get from them.
