WORST housing provider you could ever…

WORST housing provider you could ever come across. If you are looking to rent a place and are reading this, please choose some other place for your peace of mind.

No wonder they've such bad reviews.

Communicating with them is a challenge in itself. They would never take on calls, they would take ages to respond to your email, lift failures are very, very often (once it took 3 months to fix, imagine climbing 5 floors every day for elderly people), but fixing them is rare.

Throughout during peak winter we were out of hot water and heating, and the services were so so poor, had to eat out, couldnt shower at home had to go to relatives, and without heating had to use electrical heating provided by them and claiming to reimburse the cost and in return got £20 (A JOKE!) that also after asking for it after 2-3 months.

And their contract extension has increased in rent plus no exit apart from 2 2-month notice if they wish to proceed or finish the term, they charged me £1670 for rent new property on the market is at £1560.

I have vacated the property, and I had to keep on calling them for key collection, which took a week after my last day. and property is vacant for like a month now, still no signs of deposit return.

Getting them to do the maintenance is like a pain in the back; they would never take on responsibility.

A feedback to POPULO LIVING for the amount of charges you charge your tenants, please provide them with the services they deserve, and please improve your communication.

Do not sign any contracts with POPULO LIVING

If your building is managed by this company, RUN AWAY. They manage my building the Brick Yard in East Ham E6 1FA. They do not reply to our emails and the building is FILTHY. There is trash everywhere, tenants are dirty and populo living does nothing to enforce tidiness of the building. Not only that they only send the cleaners on Wednesdays. It has become a nightmare to live here.
