GOOD FOR NOTHING! Lost parcel each time!!!
3 times in 7 years I sent parcels through this useless, rude, good for nothing service. I paid a lot for the service and EACH TIME the parcel got ... LOST. I am convinced it was "MADE LOST".
Each time they found reasons why I was at fault, not respecting to the letter the hugely confusing and forever changing unilateral regulations the Romanian authorities come up with.

1 point only for the kind lady at the post,the rest is zero honestly the organisation is dreadful, a friend from Switzerland send me on 6 may a package and it arrived in Bucharest on 7 may,from there and now 29 may i write, this collet still no active tracking where it is and i stil didnt got it been so manny weeks already im starting to think i wont see it at all.

I sent a package from the UK on the 12th of May and it arrived in Romania on the 15th. Today, it's the 25th of May and my parcel still hasnt reached the delivery address. Thats 10 days after it entered the country. And, on top of that, instead of going straight to Cluj, it went to Bucharest and from there it was sent to Cluj. Medieval services from a useless institution.

they always saying same lie , we came but no one answer.very bad .

They do not even attempt to deliver registered mail. They steal postcards. They claim duty payments on simple documents. This is not a business. It's a scam and Romania should be embarrassed about it.

Very unprofessional, long delays, they lied that they tried to deliver a package. Now I have to go to the postal office to pick it.

I think the only way the company can improve is through massive reform.
The package I sent from UK to Romania was received in over 3 weeks. That's completely unacceptable.
From UK to Bucharest it took 2 days, but from Bucharest to Mosnita Noua, near Timisoara, it took 3 weeks. Why it was sent to Bucharest instead of Timisoara in the first place, makes no sense geographically.
What a disgrace!

They call you to go pick your packet (not even bothering delivering it to you) and they don't allow you to pick it up even if you present an ID ! The address must match the address in your documents, otherwise perhaps it's not you???

Worst service ever! I ordered a couple of sunglasses from Singapore, and they arrived in just five days in Bucharest. Yet, two weeks later, they're still "being processed." Still waiting for customs to finally do their job. What a joke! If possible, avoid dealing with them at all costs!

It's the worst service in Romania, which says so much. Avoid as much as possible

For the baggage they lost they said that they claim 1300 lei but there are many expensive things like my phone is iPhone 15 pro, air port, wallet and many more things at least they have to give me 12500 lei I dont no what to do why this system is very bad what shall I do im hopeless

Very pleased with the service received! A friend sent me a package from Sibiu to Los Angeles, and it arrived in 10 days. I had some questions and email to Romanian post and received promptly a reply.

Avoid using this service if you can. Pay the extra fee for DHL or any other courier service.
They don't care about packages, delivery dates or anything like that.

Please use any other service than this and if you order something online you can prioritize other delivery service. They are incredibly unproffesional and, the delay and missleading the customers with the packages is unbeliavable

I do not recommend to enemies either. They frequently lose packages, or have long delays, from a few weeks to several months. Last time, a small package coming from China, in almost 10 days, has been waiting for more than 6 weeks to be brought to its destination by the Romanian Post. I'm still waiting for it and they don't know where the package is. I tried to look at the post office and the Call Center. They sent my request from Romania to the Republic of Moldova and the clerk knew nothing. Shame on the Romanian Post. Avoid.

"The package failed to be delivered because you were not at home" was the message from the foreign courier.
Yet, we had been at home even if we had no notice that our package would be delivered on the day. We had no notice in the door or mailbox either to tell us what company was to deliver it or where could we pick up the package from.
The Post Office simply did not bother to tell us not only the delivery day but also the whereabouts of the package after the failed delivery, if they had visited us at all. We did not even know that the package was at the Post.
Only by chance we found out that the expensive package was to be sent back next day from a remote post office.

In our second and latest interaction, a letter containing an official act sent with signed delivery failed to be delivered at all. It had to travel less than 200km to Bucharest from a close by town in Romania.
The Notary office, the public authority sender and us, the recipients, were all waiting for it to close a transaction. We went as such at the Post Office every single day, where we had to wait between 20 and 40 minutes each time... to no avail.
We have to abandon the transaction since we have to leave the country.

As in the previous case, the Post personnel were, with an exception, constantly unsympathetic, unhelpful, even adversarial not sparing a thought for the distress customers suffered at their hands. They simply don't care because they are not held ever responsible.

Since we had similar damaging experiences with a few other institutions in Romania we decided to cut short any other business or visits there.

I can't even say that it has an antiquated system, as it seems that even in ancient times, the postal system was working a lot better than this. It's just the worst and most incompetent company. Lost packages, delayed deliveries, unable to track a simple parcel. Why on Earth is it so hard in 2023, with all the technology to implement a system that can track a simple parcel? It's unreal.

I was surprised that in 2023, simple things can be as much inconvenient as in Romania post. For example, 1. There is no such a thing as “fragile parcel” as I was told. It’s just a normal package, and it’s my problem if things get broken 2. I have to pack by myself. It’s fine, but there’s no materials for sale there to pack. I have to go to supermarkets nearby to look for scotch tape. And there’s no scotch tape there. There’s no special materials for sale to pack fragile things either. But- you can buy at the post office watercolors or markers for painting. It’s easy to provide extra charge for professional packaging I guess. 3. The form which I need to fill has a font 3 mm, and you need magnifying glass to read it.
Those things can be easily resolved and resolving it will make a significant boost in costumer experience.
