Most likely the worst delivery service on planet Earth ! If you don't want to end up with a lost package, steer clear of this delivery service.

Zero accountability for the highly negligent work of this delivery service which you should simply avoid if you want to steer clear of delivery issues.

I pay for home delivery. I see Paket 24 vans in front of my building. They were there yesterday, too. No one rang the doorbell, they just left package in a parcel locker. It is a disgrace.

The package was supposed to arrive by Today latest. Last information I had is 3 days ago it left Italy according to one tracker, and it left Croatia according to a different tracker. I checked with Amazon and they told me that Hvratska Posta switched off tracking. What exactly did I pay for then? This doesn't feel legal and now the only option is to get a full refund and try again. For Hvratska Posta to mess up my order and untrack shipping again i guess.

I would avoid Amazon.de until they switch service providers.

It's so bad. I hate it soooooo much that I think it needs to bankrupt or whatever!! BoxNow is 10 times better!

20days since shipping still not arrived. From Japan to Croatia in 2 days!!!!

I ordered an expensive Beelink mini PC from Amazon.de, only for hrvatska posta to completely mess up and swap the shipping label onto a cheap plastic boat instead.
Trying to resolve an obvious warehouse and courier failure for a high-value business item has been a total headache.
Zero quality control and terrible courier choices. I will never order from Amazon.de again since they use hrvatska posta . Absolute scam-level experience. Avoid!

I never even wanted this HP service, but unfortunately, sometimes the royal mail or similar hand over the packages to this worthily service..so PLEASE avoid at all costs HP due to the attitude" i done care " its just a shitty service, and even doe at this point think that's illegal hahah.basta...ds

The most useless "delivery service" in the world.I have more than once called their numbers (waiting for well over half an hour for an agent to pick up) and tell me "the parcel has not been picked up by us" ... although t is, or even the best one yet - for one parcel that has been for 1 MONTH on the way from the capital, Zagreb, to Djakovo the agent checked and told me that "the plane is still in the air" ... FOR WELL OVER 1 MONTH ... wow, and not to mention over 100 lost parcels that were never found ...

Worst delivery in the world. Their main logistic centre is often a key bottleneck and then distribution centres are super unorganised that normal post that would normally travel one week it takes at least one month for them if they don’t lose it

By far the slowest post office I have ever come across in my life including 4 countries where I lived.

Use amazon.de and both items got lost by Hrvatska Posta , said delivered to Athens, we dont live in Athens we live an hour further away so they never arrived 4 weeks still waiting. Please never use these courier people they are terrible. Lost a lot of money. Hrvatska website dosnt recognise the Amazon.De tracking reference, you go round and round. Same with amazon

Absolutely the worse,this is my second attempt to send an important mail with the signature to my Aunt so she can pick it up,the first time they said that no one was at home which was a lie,that letter never came and went straight back 🔙.One month to come back and resend it again.This is insane

Terrible! I place an order and pay for delivery to my home address, and the postman doesn't even come to my home address, doesn't even call my mobile number, and then immediately redirects my order to some random parcel machine.

Exactly the same problem everyone is having. I bought a pair of headphones from amazon and the carrier was hvartsa.posta. They said they had already attempted to deliver the product at 4:38 am... Im like wtf they expect me to be up and 4:38 am waiting for the package.

The worst experience i have ever had in terms of parcel service. My package was lost, god knows where, and it was apparently ''my fault'' that i asked for compensation, which i didn't really get fully. The package was worth 60 euros, which i should be getting back, plus another 12.60 for it being lost and another 12.60 for it being late obviously, and i got only 12.60. Specifically, Bjelovar. I got yelled at for no objective reason, and they told me they ''called but i did not answer'' which is of course, false. Miss at the front table should practice her attitude with her kids and husband, if she even has any of those, and not with innocent customers. Of course, no consequences for her, in any other country this is instant suspension. Use any other delivery service if possible, complete horror show.
