I ordered these leggings without fully reading the return agreement so that's on me. However, I'm used to the claim "30-day returns" meaning the product would come with a return label.
Don't make the same mistake! I live in California, USA and return shipping is well over $50. All return costs are the responsibility of the buyer and not refunded...
Hope this FYI makes a difference for even one or two purchasers.

I ordered a pair of leggings and after one use there was a little damage on a seem, i forwarded the picture and a message to the company expecting no response. A week later I received a new pair. I found the email need to know saying that, even though I was outside the 24 hour window that they wanted to make sure I was satisfied and sent me a new pair. I don’t remember the last time I received that kind of customer support. On top of it these leggings feel amazing. They curve your body support it. Thank you, for rising Customerservice.

I bought two leggings from here and I moved to a different after aybl have changed their quality.

The leggings cost £108 but I wouldn’t say they were worth the price you pay when you normally get two pairs of leggings for about £80-90.

The leggings say true to size on the website but I’ve found them smaller. The waste band rolls and they are thinner compared to AYBL the print isn’t as white on the back saying POWERLETE

I never received the item. I sent an email trying to locate the order. They said they would look into it and I never heard back.

Excellent customer service. Great quality clothing range

The two bras which I bought aren't fit for purpose. After 2 months the cups lost their material so they are now just two bits of sponge which are quickly deteriorating and are really difficult to fit into the cups. I work out daily and love the look of the bras but can't burn through so many if they only last a couple of months. Won't be buying again from this company. Wrote to customer services who only offered me a 15% discount on any future purchases. I want my workout gear to last a lot longer. These aren't even cheap for the low quality.

what a great company. the best leggings i’ve ever bought, now have 3x leggings and a pair of shorts. the customer service is awesome too. i had a slight issue with my product and Molly from customer services was brilliant and sorted a replacement, super helpful in every way. they are pricey but worth it . xxx

Bought Powerlete because of all the amazing reviews. However I have worn the leggings 5 times and they already have a hole in them at the seam. Also I bought two different sizes to try and when I went to return them and asked for a refund I was sent store credit instead. They fit well and are comfortable, I just feel the quality should be better for the price.

Very good gym wear, long lasting and stylish. Company very helpful when an issue arises, gets sorted quickly.

CANNOT RECOMMEND. Disappointed with the international return policy. Returns must arrive within 14 days, which is unrealistic for international customers. On top of that, only store credit is offered instead of a refund. Not worth ordering internationally unless you’re sure you’ll keep everything.

I’ve sent it back within the time frame but it arrived 4 days too late because of customs etc. It was my first and last order. I’ve paid 28€ for the return. Totally waste of money now. I don’t mind paying for the return, but there is zero good will from powerlete seeing the effort and money that has been spent and that certain things like delivery delay and custom delay lays outside my control. They only care about their profit claiming they are small company, which they are clearly not. Just profit orientated.

Absolutely shocking experience from powerlete. I have an email thread that's now eight messages in with no resolution. My mum waited all day for my delivery for the driver to claim there was no one home, when I clicked the link to see where he'd left it it was miles and miles away. They accused me of lying stating it was 0.2 miles away from the delivery address and then refused to resend the order out or challenge the delivery company instead blaming me the customer and have now charged me for the return. Absolutely disgusting, do not order from them. My cross fit gym team was going to switch to this brand but not now. Appalling lack of customer service and they aren't even bothering to reply now. All they needed to do was resend my order out and I would have been a happy customer but instead they continue to argue via email and inadvertently accuse me of lying. Fellow gym clubs will be warned.

I am trying to return and exchange too items but cannot get a reply. I am feeling very suspicious.

I would definitely not recommend powerless leggings. I ordered the first pair and on the second time of wearing them there was a hole in the gussett. I contacted customer service who were kind enough to send me another pair free of charge. After wearing this pair the second time the same thing has happened. They obviously do not stitch them very well. Highly disappointed and will not be purchasing from them again.

Super happy and satisfied with my new Powerlete leggings in vintage blush colour.

Bought them in XL even though I fit L, so they are extra cosy and stretchy during my workout sessions - I use them both in fitness and on the reformer.

I’ve had a positive experience overall with Powerlette. Their customer service is fantastic, attentive, responsive, and quick to help, which really makes a difference.

The designs are definitely a standout. They’re stylish, flattering, and clearly made with attention to detail. I genuinely love how they look.

That said, I do feel the material could be improved slightly in terms of quality and feel. It’s not bad, but there’s room to elevate it to match the level of the design.

Overall, I’m still happy with my purchase and would recommend Powerlette, especially if design is a top priority for you.

Received my order today after placing my order yesterday, very fast delivery. They look great and feel great and I can't wait to try them training.

Absolutely obsessed with this brand. Shorts don't ride up , really flattering and comfortable. Erika and her team are lovely. Will be making many more orders , thankyou
