Delivery time is very long
Delivery time is very long. I paid for my order on Oct 4th and am still waiting to schedule a pickup appointment. On Oct 13th, I received a notification that I could book a pickup slot using their scheduling tool, but it is constantly unavailable. Therefore, the claim of a 2-to-4-day delivery time is inaccurate; it has now been 11 days and I am still waiting.
