Watch out - they won’t give you what you paid for

Genuine customer (Réservation N°XR2026429925) warning to prospective customers - avoid being tempted to pay more for the “prestige” pack as it’s a total rip off - you will be give the set being offered at the next category down. I booked and paid extra for prestige (to get some Salomon s-max) and I got my daughter the performance pack (Fischer xtr rc4). To my surprise when we went in the shop to pick them up, I was given some fisher xtr rc4’s and was told these are the best they had even though I’d paid for the higher category. And my daughter who I paid for these same Fischer model was given some cheaper/lower spec head shape 3.0 skis. I highlighted this to the staff in the shop - they said it was nothing to do with them, the website was just wrong and I should try to call them… although I wasn’t given a phone number. So basically they just ripped me off and got me to over pay for what they were renting me. Very annoying!!

Stay clear of this underhand rental company

If your thinking of using this company for your ski or snowboard rental DO NOT USE this rental company…. use somewhere else.!!!! They charge Insurnace which doesn’t cover damages or loss also they give you the cheapest rental equipment even when you purchase the upgraded items

This was the worst ski shop I've ever…

This was the worst ski shop I've ever used. We booked our skis and they took our payment. Then when we arrived in the resort they said we have no skis, and that we should have booked earlier. They then proceeded to take 1 week to refund us as they said you should have booked earlier. Don't use this store they are awful and the staff are horrible and rude.
