HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - THIS COMPANY STARTED AND FINISHED THE BATHROOM CONVERSION FOR ME WITHIN THE TIME QUOTED AND TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD. I CAN RECOMMEND THE FITTER - ADAM - TO WHOEVER NEEDS THEIR BATHROOM FITTED/UPDATED.

Lovely products. Very good worker. My only complaint ( hence 4 stars ) was that although I was shown the plan I didn’t appreciate how tiny the vanity unit was and overflow outlet ! More for a Wendy house. On this the company were not helpful just told me that’s what I ordered !! So I suggest you make sure you know how it looks. I would have thought in this day and age a virtual room could have been shown on the computer. The vanity unit is coming out ( more cost ) but by a local company as premier care not interested.

Premier care did a fantastic job of our shower room, Tyler the fitter was very capable and worked like 2 people and nothing was too much trouble for him. The bidet toilet is amazing, perfect for people of our age (in our 70's). We would recommend Premier care to anyone thinking of having a new bathroom, you won't be disappointed. Communication with Eve in the office was fine. The work was carried out on the days scheduled. Paul Tonks, the surveyor, did an efficient job.
The fitter Ismet's work in the bathroom was good but his knowledge of our heating and hot water system seemed limited and we were left over-night on two occasions with no heat or hot water. He was reluctant to dismantle the old shower but did do this eventually after seeking advice from Paul. Everything is now working as it should be. We are happy with the quality of the goods provided.

Customer relationships was very good, not pushy..able to contact management planner when needed..fitter was excellent and finishings on bathroom were superb..although we had a slight hiccup just after completion it was dealt with in an excellent manner and very timely...clearing of waste from bathroom was done each day by fitter and waste removal done twice throughout fitting..most excellent job ...certainly would recommend to anyone

Very good quality products made to last

This company does what a good bathroom fitting company should do. We now have a bathroom that makes our life easier and without worry that either of us may slip or fall. Customer services were always very helpful and the fitter was great. I would recommend using this company if you are ready for easier and less stressful bathing.

Bathroom fitted to cater for disabled user. All fittings first class and plumber went the extra mile to ensure it was perfect for wife to use with ease. Service and fitting second to none.

Very efficient fit. The fitting team led by Mic Calin were superb. Very tidy and cleaned up at end of each day

The communication between Anita Kaur and me was comforting to know what was happening each day.
The plumber, Bogdan Fiedorczyk, was an excellent flexible worker who kept me up to date and with progress and changes requested by me. Overall an excellent installation.

Process is very well organised. We were assigned manager (Jeff Clarke), who checked progress regularly and responded clearly and quickly when advised of issues. There was also a daily call from headquarters to check progress and ask if there were any issues. The person who did the work (Adam Roberts) was polivce and responsive to as questios or issues. We felt well looked after throughout.

Scott the fitter very polite and helpful always assured us on work done was to our satisfaction can't fault Scott at all thanks

Really helpful at all stages, offered value for money and thoughtful throughout. The installer Ricky Haden was brilliant.

Jamie the installer was brilliant.
We’ve now got a fabulous shower room and everywhere was left neat and tidy.
We highly recommend Jamie and Premier Care.

Good installation with good fitter and pleased with bathroom. Good job tarnished as extra rubbish from another job was left in front garden and wind blew packaging all over garden and street. Took a number of days to resolve.

I felt very pressured by salesman to agree deal and pay instalments.
I used Premier because I was told that we could have a wet room (other suppliers had said that it wasn't possible) but once the Surveyor (who was very helpful) had been he said that it was impossible to do in our bathroom.
The installer was very efficient and quick. He made very little mess and the rubbish was taken away promptly.
The shower works well and the pump isn't too noisy.
