Wish I'd come on here before I ordered to see the reviews.

Still waiting after placing my order on the 14th of April. No reply to my email that was sent on the 17th of April. This company should not be running. Will be going through my bank and trading standards.

FRAUD - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!l. Ordered some products, got the confirmation but did not receive the products. Emailed and called the countless of times but no response!!!!

I think the company has gone out of business but they’re clearly still taking people's money.

I wish I came here to read reviews before ordering.

This was a mistake.

It’s been almost a month .

No delivery Or communication.

Just radio silence

Terrible. Ordered two pots of shea butter in August, it’s now December. Can’t get through on phone number and I have emailed to query my order, no response. Very poor

Cocoa & Shea butter is a brilliant product, great when it was £9.99 on Amazon.

However it’s no longer on Amazon & £12.97 plus £3.99 delivery charge direct from the brands website. Free shipping on orders over £30. I’ve ordered 3 jars & they’ve taken my money & so far not sent anything, nor responded to email.

When you read the About Us you read about the founder & her start up story but it’s a waste of time inspiring people to purchase a product or service you can’t deliver.

I spoke to someone else who ordered from here & they said they had the same experience but the products eventually showed up 3 weeks later. On the site it says 3-5 days. Not 3 weeks. Also on the website they claim that even if you pay they have no obligation to send anything. So will never order from them again. This is why black businesses fail to get the support from their own community. This is the skincare equivalent of the Caribbean restaurant where half the menu isn’t available for no good reason other than poor planning or organisation
