Honest, helpful, prompt
We called Prime Pest control for an insect infestation in our home. We called in a state of panic as we saw a large circle of small insects - possibly termites - and wanted a quote. The staff person asked us to send pictures and then asked a couple of questions over the phone. He very kindly explained that this was not a termite infestation, but rather, an ant infestation brought into the home by a flying moth and that we could easily take care of this minor issue ourselves. If someone takes the time out of their day to give you free advice and avoid upselling you on something you may not necessarily need - that's a good, honest business. I recommend this company
