When buying a property they are constantly on the phone to you, once they have your deposit and their commission you can’t get them on the phone excuses range from, the person is off I’ll, on another call, he will call you back, or they just don’t answer the phone, they had no idea of any details of the property they were selling, advertised it as freehold when it was leasehold, never checked that the vendor was being truthful, told lie after lie, they owed me a refund from telling me that I did not have to pay the sellers legal costs when I was billed for it, they kept saying they would refund me but I was getting more excuses as to why the money was not paid, after many phone calls they eventually paid some money but not the correct amount, I have now taken this up with the Glasgow Sheriffs Court.

Prime Property Auctions (Scotland) Ltd failed to communicate with me throughout the marketing period and only resurfaced on the auction date. Despite their valuation, the property attracted only one bid, more than 40% below the figure they had provided, raising serious questions about their marketing effectiveness.
I was also not properly informed about their full fee and commission structure, which exceeded 20% of the bid price
