Needed to replace my battery after more than 3 years and 12,000 miles.

I did not care for the bike but Priority took it back and gave me a refund which I appreciated. I would certainly consider them for something else on the future. I thought there was an issue with the bike but never heard from them after i returned it.

Great value for a belt drive folding bicycle. Comfortable on butt and hands, yet still responsive enough to climb well and generate reasonable speed on flat ground. Smooth, nearly noiseless ride. Attractive appearance both frame and components.

Great ebike. I wanted an ebike that had lots of power, comfortable and little maintenance. My Priority Skyline is perfect. I love the pinion gearbox and the automatic shifting. I've been riding it on assist level one, the lowest level, and I get a great workout. I recently had knee replacement surgery, and this bike is helping me with my physical therapy. It's really terrific. Highly recommended

I’m a repeat buyer of Priority bicycles. Both experiences have been excellent. I bought a Classic 3-speed a few years ago and was pleasantly surprised when the box arrived in great condition despite being shipped half way across the country. Assembly was straightforward and the riding and ownership experience with that bike has been first rate.
Recently, I decided to join the e-bike revolution and purchased the Current Plus model. Again, the ordering, delivery and assembly process was great. I’ve logged over 60 miles in the first two weeks of riding on weekends. The quality seems to be outstanding and I’m having a blast at 60 years old - feeling like I’m 12 again on my bike! I highly recommend PRIORITY to anyone wanting high quality at reasonable prices. RD

Love my Skyline... it's almost like having a secret superpower! My bike is intuitive and the controls are easy to use. I love the hub drive! It doesn't involve gears so it just works whenever I need a boost. The belt drive is so quiet... I never realized how noisy chain drives are. It's just a great bike!

I broke a belt once and the folks at Priority were very helpful to ensure I got the correct replacement. They were out of stock at the time at Priority and I didn't want to wait too long. They tracked down replacements, and called me back to let me know where I could get them. The folks at Priority are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.

My Continuum Onyx was straightforward to setup out of the box. The video really helped. Getting the fenders properly aligned took a few tries but I eventually got them installed so they didn't rub the tires. The bike runs silently and the brakes are excellent. I really like the carbon fiber reinforced belt and the CVT. I would recommend this purchase to others.

Delivered on time, good quality bike

Picked up the 600 ADX and wow. As someone who has done a few bikepacking trips in the past, this bike made the experience so much better. I love the belt drive and Pinion internal gearbox. Low maintenance! I’ve had chains and gearing give me issues. Not with this set up. My friend also got the same bike and we took them on an 82 mile, 8k elevation gain trip and I had a great time. The bike carries weight well, especially in gravel and single track environments. The bike handles speed and cornering well on steep roads. It’s a quality built bike that I’m thinking will last me for many, many years to come.

Prompt, helpful response

Bought the bike for use at the beach. It’s perfect! Mostly flat roads, but the gears come in handy for the occasional hill. Very happy with the bike.
