I accidentally duplicated my order, I tried to cancel immediately but they claimed the order had been made half a day earlier and it was then too late to cancel. They sent me an email with the false history but had already sent one with the correct history, not very bright? They also refused to combine the postage. The items were average, at best.
Horrendous customer service! AVOID!!

Orderd a Betty Boop car sticker the picture was on a car door giving the impression that it was at least 30 cm.
When it arrived it was less than 7cm, the postage alone over £6.00. Total cost £12.31 for something that should have cost no more than £3.00
I did send them an email but no response from them

I ordered a T-shirt from Teechip on the 10th of March. I was told it had been dispatched on the 17th. Come April there was no sign of said T-shirt. I sent e-mails to TeeChip but got no reply. I read some negative reviews and thought I'd been scammed. I contacted PayPal and they refunded my money. To my surprise, I received an e-mail from TeeChip saying my original T-shirt had been lost in transit. They offered to send me a free T-shirt to make up for the inconvenience. My T-shirt arrived and it is good quality and looks just like the picture. Happy.
