Returns are not easy
Returns are not easy! When pro direct sell
You something they should be responsible. It seems that often the actual boots come direct from manufacturers and as a result pro direct don’t really deal returns on these and just say keep checking your bank. Takes too long been waiting well over a week since setting the return up and no refund issued yet.

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. I ordered a week ago and paid for next day delivery. Emailed them and heard nothing. Absolutely shit for such a big business. The fact that they say in the order confirmation "we dispatch fast" is a lie. Avoid this company, my son is without boots now and they weren't cheap either!!

Simply the best prices out there - ordering was simple and delivery quick. Trainers were a perfect fit - slightly disappointed with the insoles which have a self adhesive backing that did not adhere to the fabric inside the shoe.
Really pleased with all round service.
