Following my initial enquiry, I was contacted promptly and given an accurate quote.
The work was started and finished in a timely fashion and to a good standard.
Felix and Tony were polite and friendly

I was pleasantly surprised by the work undertaken by Profascia. I was given an all inclusive price for cladding work, to the front of my property and soffit, fascia and guttering to side which was very reasonable and didn't change once the work was completed. The staff were very friendly and worked very hard to complete the job, which looks great and no problems encountered with the job

Workers came without ladder despite me being charged for scaffolding. They USED MY LADDERS. My guttering leaks right along. They did not use SOFIT board they used cladding. They also cleaned out my neighbours guttering whilst they should have paid more attention to the bad work they were doing on my guttering. Left tiles off my roof and i had a bad leak in my bedroon.

We had our fascia, soffits and guttering replaced. What can I say, it’s a pressure sell with all sorts of figures flying about. They promise awhole lot and take the deposit. Then the real drama begins…..You won’t hear from them on weeks on end, until you start chasing for a date for the work to begin. The so called office staff can never give you a straight answer either and note the work hasn’t even begun yet. Please check what is ordered as they charge you for one thing and install another, I spotted this and questioned it and they had to replace it. The workmanship was awful. Fascia board cut around the hips rather than removing them and doing it properly. The soffits not sealed in. The guttering was installed all wrong…no levels, creating waterfalls and overflowing. They came out once while I was out and the and they just moved the joint higher to make it worst. I’ve sent numerous texts with photos and video, he then blocked my number. I have since had to have the guttering replaced and fitted correctly. Don’t fall for the salesman talk. You can’t tell from the ground the quality of workmanship untill you climb up the ladder to see what…. Yes what the heck!!!

When all questioned, I got aggressive behaviour in return, which told me what a mistake I made to use this firm.

The guarantee/ insurance isn’t worth the paper it is written on. Thats if you get anything through the post.

I will be taking it further via court as I paid thousands and then for it to be only redo again.

Like many reviews on here recently, I thought I was getting a professional company to replace gutters, soffits and facias. What I got was nothing short of the bits of a cowboy film left on the cutting room floor!

Yes Felix came out in his liveried up van, all the professional looking brochures and certificates. Even had a mock-up of what could be fitted. I signed a form (a checklist of what was being provided) and paid my deposit.

Now, the fun started, Bank holiday Monday night I get a call from Felix's lad saying they could come next day. I had no chance to book off work so trusted all would go as planned.
They arrived around lunchtime (not 0830 as promised) with NO BITS (no gutters, facias, soffits, brackets, adapters, gutter guards, drip guards, broom etc. etc.
The lad then went off in search of the bits! Unlike the city, it's a long drive to a Wickes and it was gone 6pm (after several trips to Wickes and a late night Screwfix) before they really got down to it!
No platforms, just a couple of ladders, and had to stand on my conservatory roof!
My neighbours are saints as they were still cutting and banging gone 9pm.
It was dark by the time they declared it done.
I had a check bit it's difficult when it's dark! Like others, payment was demanded "to pay the lads". Stupidly I did (why I'll never know)!
I also helped clear up and supplied torches and a knackered broom as they had none (so much for cleaning up thoroughly). They filled their tiny grotty van and also my wheely bin! Note, after a very long day they then had a three hour drive home (what boss would allow/expect this?)

Next day the horror struck.... No downpipes in drains but pushed into gravel to look like they were fitted; missing end caps/wrong fittings used; downpipes wobbling (fell apart) as not attached to wall properly; gutter not level at joins, my boiler overflow was butted up to downpipe but blocking it; no gutter guards; felt too short so water runs behind facias, soffits not fitted around windows..... and on and on (oh and we had to buy a broom and swept up around 20 nails off the driveway!)....

I called and texted Felix many times giving him opportunity to put things right. I was either ignored, fobbed off or promised a resolution that never happened.

I had to buy my own bits missed and do some urgent remediation myself and get a local roofer in to sort the rest at extra expense. Bear in mind I paid several thousand pounds for all the things on that checklist and got a complete cowboy job.
It was nothing short of theft and if it didn't cost so much, I'd take Felix and his 'family firm' to court!

DO NOT GIVE THIS CONMAN A PENNY OR A MINUTE OF YOUR TIME!

Great job from profascia.
Felix, the owner, does the quotes. Very good price for a 3 bed semi for fascia, soffits and guttering. Paid the deposit on Saturday and the work commenced on the Tuesday!
Tommy and his team of installers do a great job, are always polite,and consider the customer and the neighbours while doing the work.
Always check you are happy before final balance payment is made.
Very happy with the appearance of the house now.
Felix you have a great company and a top team with Tommy running the day to day installations.
Top marks all round.

Good price Good communication Very pleased with work to replace soffits guttering etc. Brandon’s team worked like a well oiled machine and endured very cold,windy weather but were complete professionals leaving the site clean and would recommend.

Felix came round on time to view the job, with samples to show us exactly what he will be using. Felix also advised us against the wrong choice of Soffit we had in mind and explained very clearly as to why we should not go for that type of Soffit, which I am now happy we did not go for.
The work started more or less on the date we were given. One of his team came to do the job. They were polite, and finished the job in two days. They also removed all the rubbish after they finished the job.
Overall I am happy with the job Profascia Home-improvements has done for us, and do not hesitate to recommend the company. Also, a big thanks to the fitters Brandon and Jack.

Felix arranged to view the property with me,he explained the work that needed to be carried out. The work started in 2 days and the team who came to do it were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Our house has gone from being the worst looking on the street to the smartest and I have no worries about damp now. Thoroughly recommend.

Installer worked so very hard on his own, determined to make the best job he could. Finished product very good, looks great and has made an enormous difference to the appearance. I am very pleased with final result and price good compared to others.

The quote for replacement fascia, soffits and cladding was competitive and everything was explained carefully.
The work was completed within the timetable and the guys who undertook the work were brilliant.
The house was completely transformed and now has "curbside" appeal.
There was one slight problem after a couple of months (leaking gutter), but this was dealt with straight away without any fuss.
The 15 year guarantee is an absolute plus and reassuring. I would recommend this company

We had our fascias replaced by Profascia and I must say it was the best decision to go with Profascia. Felix came around and gave us a competitive quote, explained what the work will entail, how long it would take etc. And as soon as we finalised a date, his 2 member team came around on the said date, did a neat job within a couple of days and left the place completely clean. Very happy with the outcome. It has been a few months now and there have been absolutely no issues, so can vouch for the good quality work they have done. Thankyou, Felix and team.

Good build quality on time kept the noise to minimum..kept the area clean..finished on time...thats we all want a hard working honest man ..and cheapper then others would I recommend him to friends and family. Ofcourse

The finished product looks great! Took a few phone calls to finally get the work started and completed but we were very pleased with the quality of workmanship.

Reasonably priced and good quality work. Slightly long lead time but once date was confirmed, work was completed quickly and to a high quality.

Facia and soffit replacement. Work carried out to a high standard and to the time scale given. There was a slight issue with the final end plate not being fitted but this was resolved with a couple of days. Would recommend.

Work was done efficiently, in good time and to a high standard. All the rubbish was removed as soon as work was completed. We are very pleased with the result
