If there was an option for NO STARS . . . . Extremely disappointed with my experience using this company.

The AI-generated headshots were nowhere close to my boss's actual likeness, despite uploading multiple high-quality photos for reference. The final images looked like completely different people. I carefully specified details such as professional business attire, background preferences, and overall style, yet the results were consistently subpar and failed to meet even basic expectations.

What made the experience even worse was the lack of meaningful customer support. Whenever I tried to get guidance on improving the results or understanding what went wrong, I was met with an AI chatbot that provided generic responses and no useful resources or solutions. It felt impossible to get help from an actual person.

The refund process has been equally frustrating. After more than a month of back-and-forth correspondence, I continue to receive the same empty promises: "Your case has been escalated" and "We will process your refund soon." Despite acknowledging my concerns and the fact that none of the generated images were usable, the company has still failed to resolve the issue.

There are countless AI headshot services on the market that deliver better results and provide actual customer support. This company feels like a generic "me too" platform that overpromises and underdelivers. Between the poor image quality, ineffective support system, and ongoing refund nightmare, this has been one of the most frustrating online purchases I've made.

Save yourself the time, money, and aggravation. I certainly wish I had.

I was looking for AI headshots, so I tried this. The results were surprisingly good and usable for my professional profile.

All in all, it’s a pretty useful service. Not all the photos were perfect but a couple of them were exactly what I was looking for so in my opinion, it was still worth it.

Such a simple concept, but it actually works. I managed to get several solid headshots without the hassle of booking a photographer. Really convenient and time-saving.

Upload was simple and results came fast. Not every photo was perfect but I found a few great ones that I actually use now.

Results were mediocre. They just reuse some google api, were you could get better results yourself.

When asking for a second try, they shared a coupon that was already expired.

I had seen the photos of others beforehand, and they convinced me it would be worth a try. I paid, I uploaded 5+1 selfies and I waited. In half an hour, I got my pics and they were super cool, almost all of them! The few that weren't are still funny enough for me to keep them :) many thanks to the person/people who taught this AI to perform miracles!

These were pretty bad. I would also say inherantly sexist. I was given a cleavage on professional photographs, and the default was outfits that 20 and 30 year old women would wear. There is limited body shapes/sizes to choose from and the range of hairstyles is also fairly limited. Save your money.

Continue to charge me and no access to my pictures. Rip off.

I submitted a set of various pictures and got mixed results. My biggest complaint was that I was smiling in only 2 of the pictures they sent, and neither of those 2 looked like me. There were a handful that were ok, but not nearly of the quality I hoped. However, they offer a free redo if you aren't satisfied. So no problem, right? Well, they sent me a code and I resubmitted and I got... nothing. This is despite me having written them a half dozen times asking for the results. This is not quite a scam (although I did have questions), but I'd find another service.

Inappropriate for professional use.

• Inappropriate cleavage + crooked sweater

None of the “polished” styling they show. Face redness and hair frizz still visible.

They denied my refund because they said I received highly quality photos.

Would not recommend.

Face looked a bit too perfect. Update: I did a rerun and this time I was super happy Much more natural second time. Really can recommend to upload recent pictures. Even someone just taking 5 shots of you in some locations is perfect. . after that the value is really nice!
