Product Incorrect Twice and No Response!
I have ordered product from you twice and it's not done correctly. The first time I paid for it before I realized they were done wrong and had to reorder and pay again. Now they are incorrect and are delaying progress on my project. I have requested assistance and can't get a response from my sales rep.

Hands down the best customer service I have received in YEARS. yes the quality of a bic pen is exactly what you would expect… but the difference to me was made when the servicer of my account applied my custom fonts and changed the e scale of my logo to make sure everything was perfect.
