From start to finish this is a business that understands customer service. Not everything went to plan (as is often the case with promotional products) but Meredith turned any little problem into an opportunity. Good old fashioned 5 star service and with a business that is serious about corporate and social responsibility.

I rate Henrique (Riki) 5 stars as he is always responsive, has great customer service, and is always keen to assist our team with any marketing and merchandise.

Danielle was so accommodating of outlandish requests and numerous edits/reviews...created some amazing products for our client together which will be part of a team appreciation gift this year!
