we have recently made our wills and updated our life, critical illness and income protection insurnces with the help of Owen and the whole experience was very smooth, understandable and straight forward. One of the main positive for us was, that none of the appointments felt like a high pressure sales appointment, which could be really offputting, but we have never felt like we had to agree to anything.
