I give them 2 stars because they don’t display the real reviews, unless it’s 5 stars. So far I used their Fine Whey protein and I was satisfied, it was tasty and sweetened with stevia. Recently they increased their pricing and the Fine Whey got out of my budget. I tried Prime Whey and it was like chewing on sand. I wrote review, didn’t use offensive language or anything just shared my experience and the administrator didn’t approve. Strangely that product still has zero reviews. At least be transparent, learn from your mistakes and improve the failed products, let customers to help each other with reviews because this way people just get disappointed.

Their proteins are hit-and-miss. Some of the whey proteins taste good, but their unflavored rice protein is just awful. They also raised their price twofold in the last half a year.

My biggest issue with them is that they don't allow honest reviews on their website. Your review on any product has to be approved by an administrator and ofc they won't allow anything to show up other than 5 star reviews.

I bought "Snack It passion fruit" protein. Taste in unacceptable and there's no ingredients marking in Polish, which they're oblidged to include.
They wouldn't replace the product.
