Great in store, terrible online ordering for home delivery

I've shopped at Provigo for years in person and also online during the pandemic. The experience was always positive. Now however the deliveries are being managed by PC Express (not a good change). This year (2025) I have twice bought groceries from Provigo online for home delivery. Both times I was charged for a significant number of items that were not delivered. Despite saying they have an interactive online process for addressing any problems with the items or delivery, the process is nowhere visible on my order or account page. Instead I have to write multiple emails to customer service, who require you to regurgitate the same information each time you communicate with them, rather than saving a ticket. And after all that, it's a week since the last bungled order, and apparently - for no reason provided - Provigo is only reimbursing me half of the value of the items they did not deliver! This was my final shopping experience online with Provigo.ca. Buyer beware - your money is better spent elsewhere.
